Maybe, I just not seen the Abyss anywhere as low as the $85 I paid last night, if that is the normal price, kick myself I didn't order another one sooner from them, paid $135 for my 1st Abyss.

Yes, $85.60 is the normal price logged in.

Could someone explain to me the difference in models of the Dvarw? I ordered the DL FL but haven’t gotten it yet.
The Dvarw DL FL you ordered is the newer updated model KHW mods released last June. It is much improved over the OG. Dvarw DL FL deck only – KHW mods

They redesigned the OG and made the following improvements.

    What's new (from KHW website):

    1. Mech safe 510 insulator
    2. Shorter than V1
    3. PEEK chimney
    4. Offset build posts
    5. Improved coil leg clamps. Ridge on the edge.
    7. Easier bottom fill (fewer turns of the tank section)
    8. Viton o-rings
    9. Fixed position chimney
    10. Engraved AFC inserts
    13. Online authenticity check
    14. Shorter chimney, smaller chamber
    15. Airflow is optimized

Installing coils is easier with the new offset posts and tabs for catching your coil legs. The OG didn't have either making installing more exotic coils very difficult.

The OG has a stainless steel chimney versus PEEK in the FL. Other than what I've noted that's it. OG: Dvarw DL RTA 24mm deck only – KHW mods

The FL's offer the same great flavor as the OG's. I have both FL's and OG's.

Thanks! I at least got the one easier to install coils on.

    Morning shinies ;)

My old Dvarw (with the don't forget cap) gives me better flavor than my DL. I'm interested to know if i'm alone in this or....?

I prefer the DL over the DL FL - but more for the SS chamber and the 4 or 4.5mm id single hole a/f. I like being able to slap on the chamber any way I want, which I can't do with the notched peek DL FL chamber. I find the airflow smoother in the DL too.

please don't give me more homework:(

    Magnetic USB chargers 101

The micro-usb/lightning/type-c connector lives in the port of your device. When you want to charge, the cable snaps on and charges. For me, the biggest advantage is I can have 1 cable. And use that to charge my micro-usb tablet, lightning phone and type-c Kroma Z.

I had a crappy old micro-usb tablet that I can't charge anymore when the USB port became too loose. So I started using magnetic adapters then, just to stop that from happening again.

What model is your old Dvarw and how do you
Ah I see now I confused the issue....had one to many glasses of stout last night.... today i'm not so sure...they seem the same again. I don't know...maybe it's just my head fooling with me. My smoking fried taste buds don't help much either...!!!
I meant the old DL vs the DL FL. Every now and again I find myself weighing them up. I really have to sit down, build the exact coils and use the same tobacco and have a proper evaluation...to set the mind right. I do love both of them dearly though.
I've got the MTL and 16mm MTL coming to.

Ahhhh, so you have the very rare Dvarw Stout and that temporarily wasted you. The mind is a terrible thing... er wait, it's a great thing... especially when vaping a stout and drinking a Dvarw. :D

I prefer the DL for the reasons Ange listed. Plus I agree with Charlie that I get slightly better flavour from the DL compared to the FL. The single hole AF works better in the DL (compared to dual af in the FL) for the way I vape. I know SMT has the authentic versions so maybe there's a small difference with the clones.

I named my early 70's Kirby vacuum cleaner Jeeves. Thing is built like a WWII battleship. It will very likely outlive me. :D

Anyone ever play around with the galaxies mtl rtas? I bought a couple just to try and with the airflow block that comes preinstalled and the side holes on the biggest setting it was still a bit tight for me. I saw there’s an extra block included but my eyes aren’t the best so am having a hard time telling if the spare will allow more airflow.

If you mean the actual MTL RTA and not the RDTA, yup I got one. Some reviewer said a RDL was possible with no block installed. I tried mine with the largest slot hole, and then blockless. But I still found it tighter than a gnats' butthole.

Yes that’s the one I need. I may try it without a block.

That's the one! Although mine is still in mint condition + I have the giant box full of every accessory known. My parents gave us theirs in like 1981. In all those years I've only replaced the brush. Nothing works like a Kirby.
