    Long-winded photo story:

My sis decided to donate a couple of my pics to a local school's art auction fundraiser. My suggestion of using my nephew's photos instead got turned down, as they were included already from his school. So she picked her faves (12) and threw the ball back at me. I got that down to 2, and emailed the full versions back to her to choose.

As I've done all my post-production on an 8 inch tablet (I know you're shaking your head @charlie1465 ) I wasn't keen to see the flaws on a big monitor. She dragged me over to see her faves in full HD and I was amazed. Yes, I saw flaws. But it was the first time I could look at them all objectively. My 2 faves then got sent to the printers.

Once we got them back, again she made me look at the results. Apart from me having kittens that they were blown up to 11"x14", I was expecting only 8"x12". Again I was absolutely amazed. I didn't think my camera's specs and my beginner status, would produce a quality print result. But they look just fine.

When I told my sis I'm going to get another set made, for my walls: she did this a few times , and said 'I told you so' in her best lil sis voice

I haven’t noticed it doing that. I think someone posted a fix for it.
I noticed right away. It is not usable as delivered.
    I did see the fix.
Hell vape has already responded. The next batch will have the fix I was told.
I think my issue was worse than the one I read about. Almost impossible to get a continuous vape. Boxed it up.
I may get the green version once I know the next batch is out. It is very compact for a 21700.

They're gorgeous photos...the bottom ones my favourite but the top ones more technically difficult....here's and idea of print resolution quality....most camera's provide that these days....it's only poster and billboard sizes you have to worry about....hope you win

    For an 8" x 10" print, the image resolution should be 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum. For a 16" x 20" print, the image resolution should be 1600 x 1200 pixels minimum. For a 20" x 30" print, the image resolution should be 1600 x 1200 pixels minimum.

Morning all! Sorry I was MIA. Been busy walking Georgia as often as possible. She’s enjoying the leash time but not being able to have a good run is wearing on her.

All of the wooden posts are set, and they only have a small chain link area to to - I think 10 posts? And the cross boards are up on three sides, and they started putting up the pickets yesterday, got 1.5 sides done. Would have been finished if it hadn’t been for all the rain. (Pigs, my yard is all mud, if you’d like a good wallow)

I went out to see how it was going - I want to make sure the fence is hitting the dirt so G doesn’t dig under it - and the look on her face when she saw it... like it dawned on her the fence wasn’t going to be gone forever, and soon she’d be patrolling and exploring again. She looked like she might weep with joy.

When I was deciding if and how to do this, I thought about #1 how I’d keep her safe and #2 how I’d keep her exercised and give her enough opportunity to potty. I never thought what she would think about it. Having a place to run loose was a huge part of her life and she must have thought it was over. She certainly seemed depressed until she saw that fence going back up.

Then she was prancing around like a kid on Christmas morning.
I want to get her something nice as a thank you for being so good during this time.

Looks dry in this picture, but it’s rained almost every day. Can’t walk within 10’ of the fence line without losing a shoe (ask me how I know)

We see this little guy on our evening walks. Little rascal just sits there taunting.

Quick update on the Qbix RBA.

It's grown on me. The AF ring under the tank really works - not like some that don't make much difference.
Tuning it in I've found the flavour is quite a bit better than the VapeSnail. Plus you have a heap of different AF inserts.

No leaks/dry hits and easy to build with nice solid post screws.
Worth getting if you use any Boro devices.

Yes, it has one headlamp. Nice and bright too.

They don't make stuff anymore like things used to be made.

The biggest difference is they don’t make stuff you can service yourself anymore. All the space age technology is great, lots of major advances, but if you can’t change the dang belt that vacuum isn’t going to sweep for long. Anyone with a screwdriver could tear down a Kirby, and you could buy parts at the local hardware. Now they’re all pop-fitted plastic tabs and you have to be a brain surgeon to figure out how to open them up without breaking them.

I'm looking to get the Plus to...with a RDTA of course.
I like the option of the 510 adaptor plate...and that it has TC.
Ah, and stay warm with this polar blast that's coming through :w00t:

I can send you 20° Of my heat. You pay shipping though. On second thought, I’ll split shipping with you. And I’ll throw in some humidity for free.

    For win:

    4 x Axial RDAs
    5 x Dvarw DL RTAs
    1 x JK Mini RTA

And I still want more

This is not my MO at all, but right now I have only the Luxe pod and Dvarw that I’m using, and three atties are sitting awaiting service. I told you I’ve been busy - too busy to even fill a fresh atty lol.

Are you operating a ready vape take out service....

"Take a mod out for a vape all day for only 10$ and bring it back by 9pm. Light drip tip soiling acceptable but all breakages will be taken out of your deposit" :D

We need this business when we set up our vape island. I’ll do deliveries if it gets me a discount.

Happy Monday, shiny fam <3 So as I mentioned last week or thereabouts, I ordered another RCM mech because you can never have too many RCM mechs IMHO. It's going to take around a month to get here, so to help pass the time I've been browsing other mechs and such as you do. Now, while this is a great time killer, it comes with its own set of risks mainly to my bank account.

Enter this sexy chunk of silver plated brass and Juma. The Atocha 21700 mech from Armageddon MFG...

I couldn't help myself, fellow shinies. The flesh is weak. So I did the only logical thing and picked up a Trinity Glass Hardware cap for one of my Asgard Minis in green to match.

    JRmwivg.jpg

Probably the best part of this saga is that they're both on the truck for delivery today :D My excitement is palpable.

Oh, I also I ordered a Vandy Vape Gaur-21 in black and red. It will be my first dual 21700 mod. It's built on a C-frame which I love and has an Android/IOS companion app which should be some fun.

    How's everyone's Monday going?

Omg that’s gorgeous!!! I have been deleting every email from Armageddon because I have zero self control and really can’t afford it after this fence project (looks around for stuff I could pawn)

I dont usually post personal stuff but...

My middle son has covid and isnt doing great, but seems to be on the mend very slowly. He is back home after iv and xrays today.
If yall would keep him in your thoughts id appreciate it.

    Few boring details...
He lives north of me with my ex wife so dont see him often. He is 21 and started getting sick like a week+ ago. I didnt find out they had taken him to the hospital till after he was back home. (Ex and I have a uh strained relationship) I get details slowly but he was able to eat some today and move around a bit so Im hopeful.

Anyway the reason for this boring story is he was vaccinated.
He had the Pfizer vaccine some time ago and caught the delta covid.
Please still be careful yall even if vaccinated.
Knocked a 21 year old on his .... for nearly 2 weeks.

Ok im going back to my corner.

So sorry to hear that, hope he recovers soon and fully. I was so hopeful that the vaccines would be highly effective against the variants, but I’m hearing more and more about breakthrough cases.

Sadly nobody here is masking anymore - it’s like me, and 3 people.

I know....I hate it. The gut biome is so important for your immune system....sometimes I feel like telling all doctor's to sod off.

Sending a hug, Charlie. I’ll come over and tell your doctor off for you, if you like.
