i try to be mostly agreeable, to make up for being quite a difficult patient at times

but maybe i won't spend as much as his suggestion
Someone told me they use a tanning bed for the same thing. Maybe you can try that and see if it helps and spend very little

I have the opposite of SAD: my favorite time of year is the bit between the end of daylight savings time and the winter solstice. Sunshine and I are sworn enemies.
Exactly my point really... we're all either too hot or too cold. Even if you move to the equator where it's always warm...it's then too humid

I crash twice a year. 3 month blocks winter and summer
That sounds horrid for you. Exercise light or heavy is really good....often depression is a vicious circle of downs which prevents positive affirmations creating further downs....if that makes sense

My depression, lifelong and clinical, is better if I walk my dog twice a day. Just being out and about and moving outside helps. Gardening too

Hasn't been a cloud in the sky for months here. (just smoke) I think I would opt for the clouds. ;)
Yup I saw that there'd been some terrible wild fires around Oregon....I checked and you're Utah. My apologies if my geography is way off beam...I'm useless with most of the US!!

Absolutely... especially gardening....it seems to have a therapeutic effect on everyone. Nature and activity rolled into one....

I wish we could swap weather for a week. We’re way over our average rainfall. It’s downright swampy in my yard.

I was going to put a laugh in there but then thought.....noo....swampy can be downright distressing :)

Loved gardening for decades. But, now, once I'm on the ground, ain't no getting me back up without contorting myself, causing great pain, or, the easier way, holler for someone to help. But all my gardening is of the indoor variety and I put most of my plants on my screened in deck to enjoy. Much easier on the body.
Have a wonderful day, Shinys. Enjoyed reading y'all once again!:wub:

    Morning shinies ;)

Rewicked 4 Axials this morning. Usually I do them one after the other. Today I did them factory line style - washed all 4 coils at once, dry-burned them all, then rewicked them all.

The biggest and only benefit: I didn't have to remove a wooly mammoth Luna from the sink, every five or so minutes
