It's old English....twas twixt and twain my Dvarw's did roam :D
Why thank you dear Charles, but that don't make no sense to me at all....then again English has a habit of doing that to me.
Ah well I just learnt two new words again...3 actually. I got 'betwixt' all by myself

While i'm in reminiscence of the tall girls, I thought i'll have a chat with the Vapefly Optima again. We've been having some problems. I make up a 0.5 ish coil and she reads it 4.5 ohm.
I stripped, washed and put it together again and she's all good again...most probably a loose contact somewhere. Although I did tighten everything before I stripped it...weird
Anyway she's puffing again. Another well performing honey comb airflow rba.
The OXVA rba on the left not so much. We never could get along. It drowns me with way to much air...it's designed for the BIG air croud. The air can be dialled down, but it don't like that, as it wasn't really designed for that...pity. It could've been a winner if they gave it a honey comb airflow...with smaller holes :(

I wonder if there was a speck of debris in the deck or something to mess with your ohms down much.

I agree about those ‘big air’ atties. Some, there’s no dialing down, or even if you can it’s just not right. There are some mtl and rdl that I like, but I do love the big air most. It’s the ones that fall somewhere between I just can’t stand. Too loose to be tight, too tight to be loose. I prefer things that work well as they are intended to be used. It’s like the old saying, a Jack of all trades is a master of none.

Too many versions of English. I feel sorry for anyone trying to learn it. They must feel like my boomer self trying to decipher those text abbreviations and emojis.

I recently got the Optima but didn’t get the rba. Have you tried making a coil with the coil kit that comes with the optima yet. I was wondering if it’s worth the trouble or if I should just get the rba.

Yeah I made a coil once...when I just got it. It's fairly easy and works well to. The airflow is a bit much for me though. With that coil you can't adjust the airflow...you take what you get.
It comes stock with the rebuildable coil...and the accessories to build it.
Very nice RBA though. You won't be sorry if you get it.

I'm down to three main setups in the rotation these days.
    1)Delro with Qbix
2)Billet Box with alternating Xeta and Mobb
3)Mixx (or other sbs) with Dvarw DL

Got the Boxx there as well for a bit of variety but it's kind of nice to keep things simple and not have to worry about maintaining a dozen rigs at a time.
Anyone else of you guys keeping your rotations small or do you all have lots of mods on the go?

I asked this over in are you done stocking up as well but is anyone familiar with e-juice corner it's a shop and online retailer I believe located in Tennessee. Just wondering if anyone had any experience I've seen some reviews on the internet but a lot of them seem like they were from people who didn't really understand how shipping works or credit cards. Like you can't blame a company because USPS took 3 weeks. My usual kanger wholesale is out of what I'm looking for and e-juice corner has prices similar

Ive never bought anything from Europe just the UK stabwood site.

And definitely Sourcemore has been one of my top stores for gear for awhile now. And like you said the shipping times are really really fast. I’ve never had an issue with any orders I’ve placed with them. So I second Sourcemore as a great place to order from.

I’m going to take a look at the Swiss site. Any other Euro shops you’ve used before?

Appreciate the help. It’s the thing I love the most about this site and this thread- members are really into helping each other out. It’s such a beautiful community !!

One British store to avoid is Hyde Vapes in Waterloo. Terrible customer service. I bought a mech mod from them that was DOA and they wouldn't return my emails.

That’s good to know thanks! That’s really disappointing- I’ve been fortunate that any time I’ve had an issue almost all of the stores have ended up taking care of the problem as they should.

I use to have 10 to 12 mods rotating at any given time but for the past year it’s been down to 3 or 4.

I was mixing my own juice at that time but after an injury and a long & difficult recovery I was buying my juice. It was just too painful for me to spend much time mixing all those different recipes. So I had less flavors to rotate and cut back to 3 or 4 mods in my daily rotation.
