ok thanks! I’ve been buying and using the molicell batteries both 18650 and 21700 since the start of 2021. I like them but like I said I really don’t know a good one from a bad one so I’m not much help!!!

I’ve been buying mostly molicel batteries also and really like them. I see the hohm batteries here and there and was just curious.

Speaking of Mrs Brunhilde. Were waltzing pretty well together lately when it comes to the rewicking thing....we've comprised. Seeing that she gives me this awesome flavor, I decided to not be so .... about washing her sensitive parts...the flavor factory.
I just lean her to the side after the dry burn, and brush the coil with the wire brush....few blows of air and I rewick....which is a breeze ofcourse. So yeah, plz forgive my tantrums and slight over exaggeration :p

Quick pop in to say hi:

    View attachment 955187

Busy as usual, hate not being able to be more active here but i am just stressed out.
Haven't slept much this past week so i just binge-watched all 5 seasons of Southland (awesome cop show).
Finally done with that so i started with The Newsroom (probably watched that like 10 or 12 times hehe).

Meeting tomorrow with the Urologist, pops PSA numbers are good i mean they have been solid these past months so i am still fighting for him to get a kidney transplant but he is 76 so it is not looking so good.
On top of that the whole ''identity theft'' thing is a hassle, paperwork, meetings with the lawyer and the attorney and just a whole lot of trouble,meh...got nothing in my name so yeah i am not really worried, just mad at all these hoops i have to jump thru.

On the shiny front i am waiting for confirmation on some new goodies to review,a Vapefly Kriemhild 2 Sub Ohm Tank,Vandy Vape Jackaroo Mini Kit (loved my Jackaroo until i dropped it) and with some luck a Vandy Vape Kylin M Pro RTA.

Really hyped about the Jackaroo Kit and specially the Kylin M Pro RTA...it's top airflow (just the way i like it) and it's also mesh which i never used.

I like doing reviews of apparatus i have never used before like the Pulse V2 for example, never squonked so it's always nice to get the perspective of someone who hasn't tried something like that before.

Apart from that not much to tell...hope everyone is ok you know healthy and keeping safe.

Huge hug from your Spanish amigo to all you fellow vaperinos.

P.S: checking my lotto numbers tomorrow,if i win our ''reunion'' is on so better get your vaping gear and tequila bottles ready cause we doing a road trip baby!!

Hoping things calm down for you and fingers crossed for you father. He is lucky to have you as a care giver. I know how very tough that is physically and mentally.

I also pre-ordered two Vandy Vape Kylin M Pro RTAs. Top AF and mesh...win/win.

I barely touch my QP MRs these days and am really in love with my mesh RTAs. I have found that the clapton S mesh is just about perfect for me. Once I mastered wicking them I am very happy. Most of the time I unscrew one side of the mesh after dry burning, install new cotton (very thick cotton) and carefully remount the one side over the cotton. Completely soak the new wick and that's its. Clapton mesh is a bit fragile so this mounting has less chance of deforming it.
I have 4 sigfrieds and a couple of wotofo profil rdtas. The siggi is the easiest to wick but the profile has even better flavor since it uses a wider mesh. Only downside to the profile is filling and it will leak if it isn't upright.
I have been packing for a week for our fly fishing trip. I missed it for two years and am very eager to get on the water.

    Ses IS masculin
@Zazie my profuse and confused apologies. I meant that when for example you have a girl or a boy they are elle and il respectively but when there is more than one boy and girl 'they' is always masculine....'ils'

Again please forgive my peri-contrafibrulations :pervy::D:lol:

When I get time maybe I'll put one molicel and one hohm battery each in a Z80 and see what kind of life I get to compare.

To my knowledge, HO are not a manufacturer. They just rewrap

And the problem with rewraps is that a test performed today may not apply in a week if they start using same wrap on different battery

I honestly didn't know. I just bought two to see how they work. A lot of companies have other companies make stuff to their own specs whether it's batteries or whatever. The main company I do warranty work for has major manufacturers make stuff for them to their specs and don't sell it to others so its proprietary. I wonder if this is the case with HOHM or if they just buy whatever is available and wrap it?

Yeah not in a million years would I have ever thought i'll leave Africa. I love Africa. If you love the bush then there's nothing like it, for sure. I had a good lifestyle over there. We were 3 batchelors living together. Fishing and party was the main priorities. I'm not much of a party person, but was kinda dragged into it. Fishing was my main thing. I went camping/fishing almost every weekend...all over SA and Botswana.
Then someday this girl (SAn living in NZ) visited...we connected and she invited me to visit NZ. I accepted and she rented us a camper van. We toured the South island and I fell in love with everything here....fantastic girl, fantastic country...and many more places to fish :D
I went back and shocked the hell outa everybody when I told them i'm leaving. I never had a doubt...until I sat down in that plane seat...:w00t:
It all turned out very well though. Not one single day have I ever thought I maybe made a mistake. Truelly I can't speak enough of this country. The attitude of the people here (in general) is so laid back and relaxed...so accomodating and most important soooo unassuming . This for me is how life should be.

Wow, that’s a great story, made my day!
My mom always said -and she was always right - to make the little decisions with your head, and the big ones with your heart.

Do I still need to purchase Gift Certificates when purchasing from Fasttech?

This confused me the last time I ordered from them. I know that PayPal isn’t allowing vape purchases. Do they take credit cards?

I know this is probably as easy as it can be but I’m still scratching my head a bit  !!

    UPDATE:
I decided to select PayPal since it looked like it was still available. And it was approved which is great! That whole business of buying gift certificates was totally messed up- for me anyways o_O !
