I like these plastic atty stands. They come in all sizes and configurations. They’re fairly “inexpensive” and best part is theyre easy to clean with any detergent.

I have 3 of the smaller size ones and keep them with whatever mods I’m using at the time. Ive got them in the top cover of a gift wine box thing. I keep my juice in a different wooden tray now though.

I think I got 2 of them on eBay. Not sure if they still allow them but there were lots of places selling this type as well as wood, glass etc ones.

Sourcemore currently has the Brunhilde MTL RTA on a 24 hour sale for $24.53 (regularly $49.99). It's an excellent RTA for flavor. Very easy to build on, wick and maintain. Easily on par with flavor from an rda. Vapefly Brunhilde MTL RTA 23mm 5ml Rebuildable Tank Atomizer

They also have the Brunhilde SbS mod on 24 hour sale for $44.18 (regularly $74.99). It's a high quality mod. CNC'ed aluminum. Fires fast. TC mode is on par with any of my other TC mods. Vapefly Brunhilde SBS 100W Box Mod VW/TC

I'm pretty sure you have to login at SM to see those prices. Sourcemore ships fast too. My last couple orders arrived in 8 and 14 days.
I thought I had missed out! I put it in my cart and got sidetracked before I could check out. It was still in my cart at the sale price :D

I use a mod.

I use to use the ohm reader that was part of the kit but like you and many others I just use an older mod now unless I’m having a rebuild marathon then I’ll use the reader.

Anyone know what the airflow on a KFL19 is with no insert installed? @ShowMeTwice, maybe?
1.8mm with the grub screw not tightened down (installed but barely screwed in). That’s how I run mine, wide open.

1.8mm without the grub screw installed. I know a few who run theirs that way without any problems.

Did you buy the SbS too?
Noooooo. I just can’t see anything competing with the Dicodes or the College for me. They’re the perfect mix of performance and handfeel. SBS is perfect for a Brunhilde. Keeps it from sitting too high and top heavy. I’d buy a dozen if I could. But I shouldn’t, cause I neeeeeeed NOTHING. The “wants” get me sometimes though

@Pigs I saw some of this work on instagram, and it's awesome. Just in case you want to bling up a BB or something:
Batt Rack

Edited to add: and you Mr Brunhilde @Daniel Forsyth she does amazing atty stands
 Wow, she does really nice work. Since the "stuff" going on with vaping in the USA I've been joining more and more FB vape gear groups. Many very cool mods, fer sure! None purchased, I do enjoy looking at them.

Joined the Dvarw group, Oy... lotsa folks post some really good photos of their Dvarw's with very awesome, and unique, mods. Some of which I've never heard of... which has led to other groups.

If there is such a thing as FBvapeShinyitis... I think I found it and then some.

Only purchased a backup Pocket v2 RTA from the owner of Crafter's Den about a month ago.

Other than that... my CC has been in Covid vape lockdown. :D

    Glammed up Arbiter Solo:

    2042dsm.jpg

Keeping in mind it's only been 4 days, and I am very much in the honeymoon stage - my thoughts so far:

    I absolutely love it!!!!

    Airflow:
It's a bit more restricted than I first thought. More restricted than the Juggerknot Mini, and I'd guess about a 3.5mm Dvarw DL insert. The draw is smooth, just not as smooth as a Dvarw.

    Maintenance:
It is extremely miserly on juice compared to my other RTAs. Refilling is a piece of cake.

I've rewicked it a few times to try another flavour, and to try different things. I prefer it a smidge tighter in the coil than my usual underwicking, cut to the deck o-ring and poked down. I use CotN, which always gives me fatter tails - so I thin them a smidge by raking them through my fingers.

But if the density is even, the wicking keeps up no problem with a stuff, cut and poke technique.

    Building:
It's a doddle with a 2.5mm id coil. I had no problems with shorts - but from using RDAs I'm used to bending the cut off legs into the gap.

    Flavour:
I'm still figuring this out. It's only a tiny hairline below Dvarw level, if that. It of course makes the same juice taste so different, which is one of the things I love. So far I've tried a caramel and a berry. And both taste amazing in it.

I may have to get a Dwarv anyways so I know what everyone’s talking about. !!!

I hope everyone’s day went well. The weekend is almost here!!!

Here is the link for the Dvarw DL FL: Dvarw DL FL – KHW mods

They have AF inserts that would be in your 'very airy' wheelhouse. That's where I bought my Dvarw's. They're out of Hungary. Shipping for each of my orders has always been within 3 days via DHL.

An authentic Dvarw would go really nicely with any of your Good Wood. :thumb:

Hope you had a nice day too. Weekend is here, although everyday is a weekend for me. :)

I do have several of the smaller ones. They're a bit small for my liking. Something more substantial will suit me better. I'm thinking i can drill a hole in a wooden block and recess one of the smaller ones in there. Glue it in and dolly the block up some...:D
That sounds like a good idea. Maybe build a stand about 6 to 8 inches in height??? I think that might be a comfy height for building on. Might need to make a couple prototypes at different heights. Proper engineering and all. :D
