Well ordered some 18650's, a bunch of wraps, some cases and an opus charger from liion. It supposed to do alot more than a regular charger.

I had stocked up on 20700's but my 18650 are going on 2 years old, and since I grabbed a new 18650 squonk it was time.

Of corse, that movie is a classic road movie! I met Mike Ness a few times, seems like one guy that success did not turn into Satan’s scrodum.
Shawn Stern was another. Saw Youth Brigade at a little bar by my old house. I was drinking at at the bar and after the show he sat next to me. We had a few beers and hung out for a while. Really cool guy.

Really needing to ramp up on my battery knowledge. Spend some quality time watching Moochs videos.

Still so relatively new vaping and I seem overwhelmed at times with all the information. This (hobby) is getting rather expensive fast too. Will always buy what I need, but my better judgement is kicking in and wants to begin curbing my wants.

I found that once I made the initial investments in batteries, and atties, and juice, it became much less expensive than smoking over time. I really didn't spend much at all for almost 2 years. My spending increased this year upgrading gear. Hopefully you'll find the devices that work well for you, and then you can back off from expensive purchases for awhile...that is, until something shiny catches your attention.

Took me two two years to find my bliss. Enjoyed vaping once I dumped mtl, but was always searching for my happy place. Therion/Nano setup is where I landed. Very happy my chosen rta is cheap since my love affair with the Therion is a bit pricey.
@JamesDMad you will find what keeps you happy with your day to day vape, then you will become more selective with purchases. Bonus is you will have plenty of backups by then!:D

Trouble I am running into is I enjoy vaping on them all. Love my valerians. Also love vaping and working with my RTAs. Now I am adding the RBAs into the equation, since all the vids I’m watching seem to trend on the RBAs producing the best flavor. And my thinking since the battery discussion is that I need different batteries for ALL my various devices.
A quick edit, I want to thank all of you for all the useful informative information I get along with the wackiness. It brightens and enlightens my day

You will come to a point where you find yourself reaching for certain attys and devices more often than others. It is all new and shiny right now so you are reaching for all of them. Make a deal with yourself, like I can't buy another atty until I master the ones I have and same with devices.

As for batteries, a solid overall good battery that does both the slightly higher wattages as well as gives you medium range for battery life is the Sony vtc5a

It should be a well rounded battery for your vaping style, provided your vaping at 90 watts on the high end, and 30 watts on the low, and sub ohm in your coils without pushing them too low... on a Two battery regulated device.

If
your using a single battery device only use that battery in the lower wattage range ...
