Just found and ordered locally a hard to find, tiny but bright, regulated squonk mod - that I have wanted since it came out ages ago.

I had one in my cart a few times based on Fred's recommendation. Held of because of the colours but I really like the form. Anything Wismec/luxotic always draws my eye.

Is FT shipping cheaper than SM at the moment?

FT shipping is always cheaper and usually faster than SM to Aus but not sure about the US.

SM shipping used to be faster than FT but since they changed the carrier it’s looking like it’s going to be slower and definitely more expensive.

My Topside dual squonker from FT has been stuck in LA since 9/28. It apparently has cleared customs but no further movement since.

My Topside dual squonker from FT has been stuck in LA since 9/28. It apparently has cleared customs but no further movement since.

Mine landed in LA, but no movement, so I’m just guessing it hasn’t cleared customs. My other order is hanging out in China. I guess it decided to stay for the holiday festivities

I have around four of the luxotic squonkers packed away in the cupboard for the apocalypse. They've never seen the light of day but that's a good idea @Fredman1 to paint them. I don't know who came up with those colours but they are definitely not inoffensive

Forecast here is terrible today... seriously powerful thunderstorms with flooding and power cuts.....umbrella will not be used

FT's shipping has always been cheaper, and still is, but their prices went way up. And shipping became very problematic at some point--one of my packages got lost. So I switched to SM and Health Cabin--better prices but expensive shipping. All was well until SM introduced new and improved shipping. My Brunhilde was shipped 2 weeks ago and is still in Shenzen. So there. Back to FT.

Oh dear Lord, no, not a Tesla. DH drives a Mini Cooper SUV (plug-in hybrid). I drive a Prius. Please don't judge me. I stay in the slow lane. And here, in SoCal, nobody would dream of honking at a Prius--it's considered bad form.

It’s very disappointing. Sourcemore has been my go to for a while now. With the higher shipping costs I’m going to have to start price checking them against FT. Also, if the shipping is going to be slower then where’s the value in that?

Not sure if it's a global nickname but we call them the Pious. They were the first hybrid here - drivers known to sport a halo.

As a Burbankian I can relate. Prius's just get to go slow and we respectfully go around them

I purchased so much hardware and from so many accounts that I have absolutely no idea what and when whatever appears on my doorstep!

Has anyone had to sign for any vape mail yet? I haven’t but I haven’t received that many locations.

If you’ve ever had to deal with cleaning up the black soot from a battery failure and had to deal with the lingering smell for weeks then you’d understand why I use the bag. If I have a failure again then I throw the bag and contents in the garbage and move on. I keep a couple less expensive chargers on hand just in case.

Sounds reasonable to me. I had looked into those bags last year but for some reason I decided not to get one.
