@Katya After talking to you I pulled it out, this is what I found. If it's let go, it drowns the mod with juice.
View attachment 958599

I checked my pods. I have two regular ones in rotation and an MTL pod (empty ATM, I don't use it a lot). All original ones that came with their respective devices, at least 1-year old. All three look like this (stock photo, but please take my word for that). Pristine, shiny and absolutely dry. I don't even take them off the mod--I'm so sure that they won't leak.

innokin_sceptre_pod_system_-_pod_bottom_view.jpg

Can you identify the source of your leaks? I mean, there's no hole in the bottom of the pod, so the liquid must have been coming from the side(s) somewhere? If your coil is screwed all the way in and not cross threaded, your pod base is locked tight and your pod is not overfilled, I have no idea what is going on.

Innokin Sceptre: Instruction Manual and Troubleshooting Guide

"Innokin Sceptre Leaking
One of the ways in which the Innokin Sceptre differs from some other pod-based systems is in the fact that you need to disassemble the pod by removing its base when you want to install a new atomizer coil. The fact that the base screws tight means that the Innokin Sceptre doesn’t have a hole on the bottom and should therefore be more resistant to leaking than other pod systems – but that’s only true if the pod is assembled correctly. If the pod’s base is cross-threaded or isn’t screwed down tightly, the pod may leak – and if the atomizer coil isn’t installed properly, screwing the base down tightly may be impossible. If your Innokin Sceptre leaks, you should fully disassemble and reassemble the pod, making sure that the components aren’t cross-threaded and are screwed in fully."

I would ask Innokin Customer Service for help. You can start a thread in their forum here Innokin Technology or try to contact one of their reps, @Innokin_timmy or @Innokin_Joseph or @Innokin_Paul .

Good luck.

I only use the 0.5ohm coils...and on the lowest (green) setting. It happens to each and every coil...and I have been through many. After a while they start leaking. What the cause is, I i'm not sure. It seems to seep through one of the 4 punched holes...the magnets. See the bottom right one..it's wetted up slightly again after i've dried it earlier...not very clear on the photo. Also see the buildup that formed on it. That's must be from the NET juice I use.

It looks like those holes are really holes. Empty. I was wondering about it. Look at the picture I posted above--the holes are filled with whatever it is they are filled with (four magnets I'm guessing?) and flush with the base. What happened to yours?

I use both 1.2 and .65Ω (MTL) coils but I don't see how it would make a difference. I use regular PG/VG/a little flavoring eliquids. But I don't have any holes on the bottom. All of my magnets are in place where they should be.

Yeah there's magnets in the holes. If I look closely at the hole, I can see that the magnets are press fitted in the holes. Some of the hole edges are flaring up slightly. I think there's a small gap where the heated up liquid (thinned) seeps through. That's my only theory.

I had a thought:blink:
It's coming up towards the very end of the year so I need to think about starting to organise a Very Special Birthday present for someone....Me:w00t:
With this one I'm going to need some help, I have too much Good Wood on the brain right now:lol: So I figured that my lovely Shiny Friends can make a choice for me on a new Custom Mod:wub:
Everyone!! I very much would like to know which beautiful Good Wood mod I should get myself:thumb:
A few to choose from!! There is three 3S size, same as my small ones. View attachment 958505 View attachment 958507 View attachment 958509 :)
And there is a new stabwood mod that has just been released, the DNA 75C single 21700. A bit smaller again than the 3s. There is 5 of those to choose from! View attachment 958511 View attachment 958513 View attachment 958515 View attachment 958517 View attachment 958519

There's 8 Very Lovely pieces of Good Wood there! Choose me a Nice one;)
For me it would be the first colour in the smaller version and I'd probably ask the maker to shape it a bit more....think limelight!!......

I preferred roof racks and skate boards. The slow kids got chucked on the roof racks and the others tied ropes on the tow bar and skated behind the car. Big bag of helmets in the boot for the fussy ones. Choice of colours.
My mother in law moaned all the way to the west of France so on the way back I untied her from the roof rack :D

Seriously though when I was a nipper it was uncanny how many people we could get in the car....no seat belts and people on each others laps

This one will be a very nice piece of Good Wood, I can't wait myself:w00t:
What colour buttons would you think looks best on this beauty? SS or Black? The decision is up to you Mate, well everyone is welcome to put in a vote but you get Piggie Priority:thumb:
Dan Dan Dan! Big responsibility...hmmm I'm a huge fan of SS. Love it in most things but in this case... I looked at the photos again, I tried to imagine a DNA theme (with your photo on it ) and...I reckon Black would work better.

So without reservation, without doubt, without a second thought I'd say go the Black buttons mate.

hope this is the right call...am I sure?...am I really sure...? yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!!!:shock:

Reminds me of my childhood.
Once a year my mum used to drive us four little kids - all were under 7 years old in 1969 - the 600 mile journey in a blue VW Beetle up to visit our grandparents in the bush. Always did it in one day. Like you, no seat belts and pretty much total anarchy in the back. Kids climbing over each other, fighting, playing I Spy, eating chicken sandwiches, sleeping, singing, watching the world go by. Horrible little beasts in valour jumpers and terry towelling hats.

@FredMan . . .

If I maybe so bold to suggest, have you checked the "Fill-Flap" for any damage and/or that it is fully secure, I've found that if it is not totally flat and secure, e-liquid can slowly "leak" out . . . Just a thought . . .

That's must be from the NET juice I use.

Now I don't use NET juice, however the "rust" and build-up of junk happening on the magnets is a very clear possibility given it's composition, especially if it is just sitting there in the "well" . . . Usually, during every re-filling I use a Q-Tip with cleaning alcohol on both the battery and the pod base to clean up any condensation, dust, etc. . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Thanks @ShowMeTwice
Well now the wait starts....way things seem to go lately, I hope it's here before Christmas :w00t:
I hope you like it. :thumb: Vaping with my Dvarw DL FL on one of mine as I write. I ordered another one too. At that price it was pretty much a no brainer.

In the 60's we piled into my parents '64 Chevy Impala station wagon. Like this one (no tinted windows back then).
