I almost forgot that I have the luxe 2 that's got some different coloring on it. I forget what the pattern is called. After a while it's hard to remember everything that I've reviewed.
Me too....I have several in the stash....they may get a retouch eventually.

Dovpo College arrived...and I love it. It lies beautifully in the hand...and it vapes the same.
I sometimes don't understand the fuss of the vape reviewers...but they're entitled to their opinions I suppose

Looks pretty dang sharp! It is a super ergonomic mod. Very comfy to hold for thumb firing or the other way around.

I got a red one too. For the price they had them at I wouldn't have cared if it was bright neon pink. All I cared about was adding a third College. And dna 60 to boot.

    Morning shinies ;)

Rewicked 3 Dvarw DLs this morning. Two took 10 minutes or so each. The last one took well over half an hour and a cotton field or two

What happened to make it take so long? I think I filled three different tanks with the same liquid recently. Either that or the profiles are so similar that I can't tell the difference. I think I got my two Blotto rtas confused and topped them off with the same recipe.

I'm feeling stink. Haven't touched my Dvarws for a while. Lately i'm only rotating between the Brunhilde, Squape Arise and the Kumo.
But as everything in vaping...that'll change again soon :D

I was using a lot of drop in coils for a while and now I'm back to all rtas again. I've got two Dvarws in rotation right now. One has had amarula in it for a long time. It's clear so I don't have to change the wick often.

I'm vaping on the canary yellow Smoant Battlestar squonker right now.
How do you like the Smoant Battlestar squonker? I was looking into that squonker but never pulled the trigger on one. So what’s your opinion of the Smoant B-Star Squonk?

I found something very interesting while reading the user manual of the Dovpo College. Temp control only works with Ni 200 wire . Never seen that before.

I love it. I bought what I think was the last ones available on the entire internet, because I can't find them anymore. I'd like to add a few more to my stash, just to be certain.

The Dovpo manual is f'ed up and 100% wrong Fred. All DNA chip sets work with SS316L, Nickel or Titanium wire. In fact they work with more than SS316L provided you set them up correctly in eScribe.

You can see this for yourself...

If in Watts mode, hold down both the Up/Down buttons until you see the "Power Locked" message. Double click either the the Up or Down button. The screen will change allowing you to select Profile 1-8. Press either the Up or Down button to scroll through the Profiles. You will see the wire types I mentioned previously.

To go back to Watts mode "Power Ctrl Watts" by selecting it with the Fire button. Unlock power locked by pressing both Up/Down keys.

Also, you can find out a lot about the DNA 60 chip at the Official Evolv Forum. I recommend creating an account on their forum. There are a few ECF members who are also members over there. The Evolv forum is a very useful resource.

The EScribe software for customizing your DNA 60 can be found here. They have both PC, Mac or Linux versions. I use the International Edition.
    EScribe – Evolv LLC

Here is the latest version with links:

    EScribe Suite 2.0 SP30.3

    For US-based customers (Windows): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP30_3_US_ServicePack.exe

    For US-based customers (Mac): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP30_3_US.pkg

    For international customers (Windows): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP30_3_INT_ServicePack.exe

    For international customers (Mac): https://downloads.evolvapor.com/SetupEScribe2_SP30_3_INT.pkg

For customers using Linux, see the beta thread.

FWIW, I set each of the 8 Profiles with different setups for both TC and Power modes.

Note: Before you make any changes via EScribe make sure you SAVE the current Dovpo College DNA 60 settings. The software has an option for backing up the current settings. I have backups for all of my DNA mods (DNA 75C, 75 and 60).

Also, the Dovpo manual is wrong regarding "automatically adjust its output power to meet the desired temperature". The DNA 60 chip does not and neither does any other DNA chip.

Temperature and power under TC are settings you make on the mod or through EScribe.

A simple case of Goldilocks being on charge of the wicking, instead of me.

First one was too loose. Second one was too tight, I pulled some off and it was then way too loose. Third one was ok but uneven on one side When I thinned it I thinned to too much and pulled most of the cotton out from the coil. Fourth one was ok and even, I snipped off the tails and cut one end way too short.

Fifth one I stuffed, cut, and juiced regardless of how it looked :D
