@Daniel Forsyth @Fredman1, these are the Cottonman cottons I have.

From left: Mavaton's X (USDA organic certified), Sliver Blend (was Carolina Blend) and Organic Upland Sliver (was Mavaton's Select).

Closeup of the cotton fibers. Mavaton's X (no seeds), Sliver Blend and Organic Upland Sliver. The Sliver Blend and and Organic Upland Sliver are corded. Mavaton's X (USDA organic certified) is not.

Mavaton's X is the most course. Sliver Blend and Organic Upland Sliver are not course and feel like fine silk.

    Morning shinies ;)

What way round do you guys mix? I think I'm back to front, but there's a method in my madness.

    VG
    Nic
    flavours
    PG

9/10 I overpour the VG, or the nic, and this means I can balance out my stuffups by using less PG. Or if it's a major stuffup, pouring some VG back in the bottle!

    Hey folks.

Had a doc appointment this morning and well let's say it wasn't a good start to the day.
Got home and started going crazy so it was either bang my head on the wall a couple of times or try to take my mind off it.
So i chose the latter and wrote the review for the The Wismec RX-G:

Wismec REULEAUX RX G - Review by Javichu

Still waiting on my Kylin mesh tank, hopefully this week i will get it delivered although in the grand scheme of things and at this moment i don't really give a rat's behind.

Hope you all doing well, will try and pop in later today.

I always do flavors, pg, vg, and then nic. I don't know that it makes a difference but when I started mixing that's how Bill's Magic Vapor did it and so I followed suit. However, if I'm using a premixed nic base then I'll just do flavors first then the mix.

I have base (VG/PG/Nic) premixed then add flavors.

Thanks J. I only knew of Mavaton X...and good to know it comes corded to.
Which one do I go for, and does it come corded if ordered direct from Cotton man?

I like corded the best. With corded I cut several ~60mm strips. One 60mm strip is enough for two 2.5mm ID coils with a little of the strip left over. The leftover cotton eventually gets used.

Organic Upland Sliver (corded) was named Mavaton's Select. That's my preferred cotton. It is organic but not USDA certified organic.

    or

Sliver Blend (corded) was named Carolina Blend. Is is a 50/50 blend of acala cotton and an upland cotton. I also use this one.

Those will come corded if you order direct from Cottonman. I think you will be happy with either one.

That's mighty Vicious Daniel! Love the matchy-matchy VA you have going there. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the Scylla.

    Thanks Mate:thumb:
I'll whip it up today with a build, it looks pretty easy:)

Not sure what the Good Wood is but I'm near 100% confident @Daniel Forsyth will know. :thumb:

I might be able to give you a Good Wood answer a little later on but it's still Morning time in OZ so I'm half asleep and that wood pattern is nearly making me doze offo_O

While we're on the Good Wood subject my New Good Wood Number 11 shipped off safe and sound and is on the way to my cabinet:thumb: It's always a pretty quick shipping as well which is nice!!

Nic, flavor, pg then vg. I figure if I add the smallest amount first it is easier to mix up as the next volume is mixing with the smaller. Hope that makes sense.
