Came back to the office today and 3 packages were jammed into my mail slot.
I got married Thursday and the pod (my first) was for the wedding chapel. I figured it would fit into my suit jacket without bulk. There were a lot of shipping delays but I wasn't too bummed as I had an old orion that fit the bill for the chapel.
Loaded up on the SBSs for about $10 each. Really wanted to try the Kumos since I love the Cabeos so much.
Going to be a fun night getting these set up.
Hope everyone is well.

Morning folks :)

First of all congratulations to @pt91 for the wedding, live long and prosper buddy.

Busy morning today, dropped in the car to get the seal and filter of the automatic transmission changed in my car.
Mechanic was close by so i took a leisurely stroll back home...i caved and went into a bar for a nice espresso.
Due to stomach problems i had to take coffee (among other things) off my daily consumption which really sucks because coffee was the last vice i had...now i just feel like a sad vegan :lol:

Came back home...with major heartburn, indigestion and acid reflux but totally worth it,was my first coffee in like almost a month, sometimes you just gotta throw caution to the wind.

i finished up a couple of translating jobs i had pending and i wrote the review for the Marvos S 80w kit, here it is in case you folks want to check it out:

Freemax Marvos S 80W Kit -Review by Javichu

Vaping wise well nothing new on my front, still scrounging dough for my pc so yeah no shinies for me.
Did speak this morning with my friend from the vape chain from Seville and he let me know of the latest news on their front.

The Craton DNA 100 seems to be selling really well,he got one for himself and he is liking it.
He was also kinda surprised about the Veepon Tita Aio Kit,they sold quite a few of those and the clients seem to like it.

Apart from those he told me the Vaporesso Gen series is also a big seller along with the Pod Aegis 2 by Geek Vape, they have to restock those quite a bit.

Well anyway i need some downtime so I'm making myself a snack and probably going to watch the latest episode of Bob Hearts Abishola, what can i say i love sitcoms hehe.

Hope you all have a good day :)

Thank you. I lost my wife to cancer over 8 years ago and it took some time to start dating. I had almost given up when we found each other 6 years ago.
Just built the Kumo and the airflow is more restricted than I thought. I put a 3mm .40 coil in it. I think it would be much better with a .60 or .70. It is a bit warm fully open.
I tried to build it like my Cabeos I guess which have much more airflow.
The Kumo is easier to build but holds less liquid.
It is very well machined.
I just need to find the right build for it I think.
I will work on that.

It’s not easy to start over. I lost my husband of 31.5 years 7 years ago. Not that he was perfect, but I haven’t met anyone who could hold a candle to him.

Afternoon Shinies

Long time no see. Road trip went well except for the fifteen day chest infection. Too much driving really with my immune system

Spoke to Alex in Ukraine and decided to support the cause while sprucing up my Pulse.....well so I've got these on the way....

Definitely irreplaceable but maybe you'll find someone nice. Good to see you Delores

Glad to see you back, sorry to hear about your chest infection, you take care of yourself buddy.

I'm a bit jelly to be honest, what i would give for a road trip,oh man i don't care if it's in a camper or not,i would sleep in the trunk if needed.

Just me,the open road and a nice compilation of music to help melt my worries away.
Would probably start the trip with this song:

Something in the soft rock department, good bass...nice guitar and a vocalist with an awesome voice singing some meaningful lyrics.

Vapewise i just found some 3mm coils i got from Fastech a long time ago, think i am going to pop one in the V2 Recurve i got and see how it goes, tried dual but it was way too much heat for me.

It's good to see you back Charlie, I hope your health improves.
Those are some stunning panels you’ve bought from Alex, and I totally agree with you on the choices we make and will make.

For the last week my hand arthritis has been playing up - so I've been using it as a good excuse to see what I can still easily do building wise. Before I chop it off :sneaky:

It's no big deal as it's in my non-dominant left hand, right at the base of my thumb. I just can't flex my hand, or grip without it cramping up. And wearing my fugly hand brace partly stops that happenig.

But! I've easily rewicked RTAs all week, and of course my poor deprived RDAs . I stuck a new coil into a JK Mini RTA this morning, with no issues. Apart from hot spots :grr:.

The main thing I struggle with is holding and unscewing decks, as I use my left hand to do the scewing. Since it's now screwed, I've switched and unscrew with the right hand. My lefty loosey righty tighty confuses my poor lil brain, but I get there in the end :D

So it's all win win and I'm a happy camper
