    Somewhere between here and there
Remember the problem I had a few months ago with Geekvape Z rda bf pin and their customer service? Probably not. Anyway I summarize it in a negative post on their forum here:

    https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/threads/do-not-buy-from-geekvape.975283/#post-23534535

I sent a copy of this to GV warning them that I was going to post it, giving them 24 hours. They replied that they were out of stock of the Z rda and would I like something else in the Z line. I chose something else and 3 days later, I haven't heard back from them.

I’m not surprised. They seem to be on a downward spiral. I had a marketing manager contact me a month or two ago after not having done a review in almost a year. Then about 2-3 weeks ago she stopped responding. They used to be my favorite brand to review for. It’s kind of sad.

I remember contacting Geekvape USA in 2016 about a 510 insulator ring for an Avocado 24 RDTA. They sent me the ring and a big baggie of other spares - no charge. Arrived here in Sydney in about 10 days from my email.
They were a gold standard company for a while.

The first year or two that I did reviews for them they were fantastic. I had a great rep and she always stayed in contact and I got every new product for review. Then last October the current rep stopped returning emails and as far as I know no one on ECF is doing reviews for them. I've sent pm's to the person that posts on the Geekvape forum and they don't respond. I was a big fan of the original Zeus single coil rta and bought about 15 of them. I wanted replacement top caps for them so emailed customer service back in 2019 I believe and they sold me a whole bag of them in different colors pretty cheap. Like you said, they used to be great to deal with. I keep hoping they will turn things around but it hasn't been good for the last year or two.

I'd say if you're going to go out out of business, then go out in style. Have a giant clearance sale that leaves a lot of people happy. What they are doing now just leaves people with a sour taste in their mouths and makes them not want to buy any of their products.

I agree completely. As a matter of fact, after the way they treated Bob and myself as well as the other people here on ECF, I promised myself that I would not request any Geekvape products from Sourcemore to review.

I love that blue! I’m so happy that was the color I chose for the dual battery Thelema!

Lost Vape really does a nice blue shade. I can't wait to get my Thelema DNA100c. If it was available in the blue then I would have picked that. I picked the SS one with the white leather. It just shipped yesterday so I'm probably looking at a couple weeks at least.

who did you order it from? Is it not being offered in the blue?

I've been doing some more local vape shopping. With the Aussie dollar low and international shipping so slow and expensive, I've been looking for local deals.

Prices can be reasonable on some items and a bonus is the CS - my Tita (dot AIO compatible device) tore a gasket that wasn't in the spares baggie. It was basically a paper weight without it, so I phoned the B&M shop where I bought it and they dug around and found me a spare. No charge.

While I was there I picked up a new Qbix RBA for AUD$45 (30 bucks US).
Drove off with it so no postage.

edit - just saw your post Ange. glad Aus post pulled their fingers out and got it to you quick!

Seconded! And of course I've been window shopping my head off in Oz, now that the shipping is faster.
