Good morning ladies and gentlemen,
I don't have BP Mods & Dovpo products, what I will say about them is that they at least try to be innoative.
They have something that stands out from other mass-produced companies.
Coincidentally, both of the Dovpo Odin 100s from MyVPro showed up today. I think their mods are beasts, being some of the only mods that I know of that have boosted double battery 21700 chips, which kind of shows you how much they're willing to go in the opposite direction than the entire rest of the market who's catering to dainty pods.
Vapefly, & now Geek Vape with the new L200 Classic being released soon are the only other companies to do it that I'm aware of, but we all know the chip isn't where Geek Vape is failing.
Hellvape with the release of the triple series coil Seri RDA was also a nice kick back at pods, and their first dual battery 18650 has an advertised 12V output, putting them in the dual battery boosted chip club. Keep an eye on them, I wouldn't be surprised to see a dual 21700 mod coming from them, either.
Innovation isn't hard to do, but it costs money and there has to be enough interest to make it worth the cost. You'd think there would be a lot of interest in this, but there's not. If you're wondering why I say this, ask any iPhone user if they know the specifics of why the iPhone they have in their hand is better than the previous model iPhone or even the one they previously owned. What megapixel was their old phone, and what is their new one? What's better about the processor? How much of a RAM difference is there? Storage space? Micro-USB? Headphone jack?
It's a lot easier to just remake something that looks and is advertised as "new and better" without actually doing hardly a damn thing, and then slap an upgraded name on it and sell it for a stupid price. More money, less cost.
Edit: Innovation will never sell as well as relevance and social status to the every day common folk.
