Good morning Shinys! It’s been a rough 24 hours. Like being hospitalized for pneumonia last week wasnt bad enough then I had extensive oral surgery done yesterday and I’m in so much pain.

But on vaping notes I’ve decided to stop for now my experimentations with different types of NI80 “exotic” coils. I like the NI80 but the more intricate coil setups take way to long to ramp up and it’s totally annoying me lol! So I’m going to step back to simpler coil arrangements like single wire or simple claptons. I’ve got plenty of these in my stash made with SS316l but does anyone know where I can find these types of coil made with Ni80?

Worse case scenario is making my own. I have some very nice Ni80 wire from WireOptim (I think).

good morning folks,
there are only two packages on the way, the one from NomNomz is in Norway and I just paid customs import tax.
The second package from Stealth Vape has not been delivered to Royal Mail yet, the only important thing in it is the reset boro connections.

The rest of the day will be spent making shopping lists for various materials, brass, copper, aluminium, ss, peek, pmma, pom. I thought I was done with the most expensive purchases, one thing is for sure, metal and acrylic things are much more expensive than I thought.

Wireoptim has spools of simple Clapton wire (25' length, single up to 4 cores) as well as packs of pre-made coils.

They often have sales so it might be worth keeping a watch for those to save a little cash.

I took advantage of their Black Friday sale and have some N80 Clapton spools and some 26g Kanthal on the way.

Thanks. No I decided not to buy it which is a miracle all to itself lol! I was fortunate enough to have a friend find several new topsides for sale so I bought two of them. Happy girl!!

My gti coils supposedly shipped from Sourcemore a week or so ago but tracking never updated so I emailed them and they just actually shipped them yesterday so I’m probably looking at weeks before receiving them. Good thing it was just a stocking order instead of something that I needed.

I went yesterday and co-signed for my youngest daughter to trade in the kia that was stolen and repaired. It's been quite the ordeal. Then about four hours later my oldest daughter called and her and the boyfriend hit something on the road and did some damage underneath the car to where the car wouldn't shift into park or reverse. They got a little help getting the debris and broken skid plate off and limped it home for about an hour. She called the insurance company and they towed it to a shop. It's an older car and not worth a lot so I hope they don't total it or she's not going to get enough to pay for another car.

Your family has had a lot of bad luck with cars these days, let's hope it turns around now.

My car is being repaired, the neighbor is doing it. It should already have been approved in this damned EU directive.

I myself am going for a trip to the cellar to find out how to lower the hot water temperature. Around 65˚C + keeps bacteria away, if it's above that, it's like throwing money out the window.
