Vape Mail:banana:
I decided to go back to The vaping Fossil and see what other cheap high end tanks I could grab myself:w00t: I hadn't planned to but the owner sent me a code for a further 25% off and the code was Daniel25, so I really had no choice in the matter!!
I ended up getting a Golden Greek Amadeus for the bargain price of only $105 Aussie dollars or $73us:thumb: this is one tank with lots and lots of options to play with!! Amadeus 24mm Stainless Steel (Polished/Shiny) RDA - RTA - RDTA - SQUONK — The Golden Greek USA
My new GG Amadeus:2cool:

Can't fault GG for looks that's for sure.
That's the matte you bought, right?

I own a GG, Caspardina, the only real negative I have is that it is a bit loose in itself, i.e. the bottom part, a bigger o-ring would probably help, but design-wise it should have tighter tolerances there. Is supposed to be a familiar phenomenon with GG.
Flavour wise, and smootness, its up there with the best, top 5 in my collection.
Hopefully those issues is not something you will experience with your atty, Daniel.

It is the matte one! I've heard very good things about the GG Caspardina, that's the atty that made me aware of Golden Greek :thumb:
I'm actually thinking of putting this one up for sale since a good dollar can be made from it!

Caspardina, I would send them an email and hear if a batch 2 is planned.
Batch 1 is a leaker. Other than that, it's a fantastic rta, if you like the troath kick you should buy the side airflow too.

    Good morning ladies and gentlemen,

Not too much going on here, getting a package of two kits on Friday, and next week Monarchy is supposed to ship.

I've put myself on a new Skynet list, this time with Mark Todd's patron group, we'll see, not much chance of success.

The two mods that are on their way for repair landed it at dicodes last week, haven't heard anything so I'll send them an email today, the one for Sunbox is slow due to Italian mail.

    What drip tip is this?
    Link?
This one. I thought I’d be able to tighten the nut by holding the tip. I was thinking I ordered from 3f but it was actually 2f.

Me too. Maybe she's looking forward to next Halloween. I heard she was promised a new outfit.
lol. I have looked and looked for a new outfit for Daph and cannot find one to fit here that would not hamper her. I refuse to put one of those silly shark or dinosaur things on her,

Quick pop in to say hi.

Finally killed my first PNP coil...are these new PNP coils supposed to be that GOOD?
    I mean WOW!!
Still have like 12 of the GTi stashed away so i reserved the extra PNP that was in the box and started using the GTi 0.4 again and meh, don't know but it just doesn't taste as good.

Is it the tank or the coil? or maybe the combo of both but the flavor, hit and volume gee i am not that satisfied now with my ol' Hellbeast 2/GTi coil,oh well only 11 more to go and then i will probably switch.
Will buy one of each of the PNP coils and see which one fits my needs the best.

I got us ourselves a new vaper today,my friend who owns the computer shop (he built my new pc),had a bit of a cold and he expressed interest in vaping so i gave him a freemax pod (MTL) i had from a previous review.
Had one coil left that i didn't use so i packed it up and bought him a small bottle of nic salts, got him 18mg to start with (he is a heavy smoker) and dropped it off and showed him what to do.
That was Monday, went by today and he hasn't had a cig since then...i feel so proud hehe.

Since you can't get the Freemax coils here in Spain i am going to his shop today to give him the XROS 3 i recently reviewed, not going to use it anyway and he needs a device so you know me,always trying to help people out when it comes to quitting the stinkies.

He told me he wasn't to fond of the Mango flavor e-liquid i got him and i said hey I've been at this 3 years and i still struggle with finding flavors i like, just keep on trying them out and stick with what you like.

Apart from that not much to tell,no shinies for me...tough month money wise but I'm all set when it comes to gear, coils and e-liquid.
Can't help doing some browsing on vaping websites thou, seen a couple of devices i would like but meh, gotta be content with what you got, right?

Talk to you folks soon, have a nice day :)

Over time I have developed this habit of ordering a mod and really liking it then thinking I have to have a second one. Then by the time it arrives from China or the UK then I wonder why I ordered it. I really liked the SX Mini Vi class after trying it and thought I just had to have another one. It arrived yesterday along with the adapter kit and didn't even open it and was already thinking why did I buy it. Anyone else do this?

You might remember that I mentioned Voopoo sending the mod and tank that I had already reviewed in two different reviews. So I did a copy and paste job with new photos and posted it. A few of us were rather aggravated about them requiring a review on products that we already reviewed. It seems rather silly to me but here it is.

For me, some of that has to do with the long shipping times. What "if" I really, really like something I bought - do I want to pay a bunch of S&H and wait another month to get another one? But like you, I think most of that is really just in our heads. Even if we do really like something, it's not like we need it right now anyway.

Other things to consider are the color options.

For atomizers specifically, I believe a lot of it has to do with more "what ifs" regarding O-rings and glass tanks. Maybe that mentality has just transferred over to vape products in general.

For the SXmini Vi's, I understand wanting to have two simply because of the options it provides. Pre-built pods, pre-built coils, or any dotAIO RBA tank. I ordered I believe 4 dotAIO tanks for my Vi's and while I'm happy with the dotShell I currently have in there, what if I started off with a different tank and wasn't happy with it, or it leaked?

I'll buy more than one mod that I like a lot. Good examples of that are the Asmodus Colossal (8), the Pico 75w (12) and others. For mods with DNA or Dicodes chipsets I bought spare boards.

Personally I think it's a good idea to have more than one of the mods we like as the electronics in all regulated mods will eventually die.

I have multiples of certain RTA's and RDA's that I like a lot. With RTA's I prefer the manufacturers who list and sell all the spare parts (insulators, o-rings, tank sections, glass etc.). When I purchase one I always buy all the spares I'll need. It's not so important for o-rings because those can be purchased from places like The O-ring Store.

From a logical point of view, we might have thought that they were glued together, or more fatty, but if they had been glued, we would have been annoyed that the drip tip did not fit nicely on the mod.
I would assume that 99.9% how they are threaded is different mod to mod, and the same with the drip tips.

I thought they could avoid 36% tax when they sold out of China, but that they had to organize it thoroughly when it came to export papers to the Chinese authorities. It seems logical to me that they had to separate normal sales from export sales, and that it has become more complicated and certainly more expensive for them to continue.
SM has chosen to do so while FT shut down.

Perhaps this has actually improved their shipping time. I ordered on the 5th, it shipped on the 7th and has already " Have fall to ground". Depending on customs it might arrive soon. I had a UK order that sat in customs for 7 days and when I got it yesterday the box was torn. Had they not done a good job of packaging the items in bubble wrap then the contents could have easily fallen out.
