Yup, got bit good by the bug but found he cure. Market got interesting to me again for a while. I'm plugged in again. As a relative old-timer I'm baffled by how smok overtook Aspire, even considering current offerings, looking just at features. I feel like I understand the market again. The market generally went the direction I thought it would after Super-T closed their doors. But I'm glad I don't hate all of the developments that occurred as I was happily vaping my Dicodes, Kayfuns, and Aspires.

Been looking for tiny mods and happened upon the Vaporesso Xros 3 Nano. I had some points on HealthCabin and there was a 20% sale going with the brand, so got the Xros 3 Nano and 2 4-packs of the 1.2ohm coils. I hate the branding but, @ ~$29 total, not bad at all.

I'm bored, have shopping lists ready, it's going to be a hard month, then I'll take it easy for half a year.
I consider it unlikely that anything interesting will emerge, most of the industry is asleep.
Apart from what is on the list, I will have a SXK Dot Mobb in gold for my Lime Green DotAIO. Too bad Monarchy stopped making them, nowadays it's rba rba rba rba drip tip.

Work for tomorrow, rewicks, 5-6 attys, need to get flavor up.

This resonates with me. As you say, it does look to me that the industry is asleep and just iterating with incremental "improvements", cheaper highly branded products, and survival of the tried and true designs. I like quality and I don't like flashy things. So I'm bored already because there's nothing to figure out anymore, there's too much flash for my taste, I've made my list, and figured out what to watch for. Once I finalize it and check the items off I think I'll be done for another 5+ years. Maybe indefinitely.

My current list:

1. Stubby AIO 18650 in either silver, grey, or black. Likely some spare boards, tanks, and buttons. This would be my new beater.
2. Dicodes Dani SBS 21700 in Silver. This would be my new premium beater (all my mods are beaters).
3. 1 or 2 23mm-25mm RTA(s) (minimum 4ml capacity). Contenders include the Dvarw 24mm, the Taifun GTR (why no 25mm?), the Kayfun Lite [Plus] 24mm, another Kayfun X (if I figure it out), and the StattQualm SQuape A[rise].
4. A true stealth vape. Now that I've tried the disposable form factor, I'm now chasing a unicorn for the first time since I found the Dani Extreme v3 and the Kayfun Prime 5 years ago. Looking out for a 3ml or more, draw-fired, adjustable airflow, MTL-oriented, rebuildable tiny pod stealth vape. All promising products I've looked at so far have at least one function missing. The Xros 3 is my current compromise. The only thing its missing is rebuildability. I don't think the market will generate one, so...
5. Looking out for a 16mm-19mm tube or a suitably tiny SBS mod (14XXX, 16XXX, or 18350) that would fit the Dvarw 16, Kayfun Mini v3, or other smaller RTAs if they even make them anymore. I'd be okay with an 18350 boro mod. I'm not sure if the market will accomodate me on this either, so...
6. Considering the Dicodes Dani Extreme v3 Small paired with a Kayfun Lite [Plus] 22mm or another Kayfun Prime as a compromise to #4/#5 for a stealth salt vape.

If you got this far, thanks for reading :)

My list is not really that big, I bought most of the atty's last year, not that I haven't bought this year, but significantly less.
1) U-mods Unitank v2 DLC, ordered
2) Steampipes Cabeo DLC, waiting for it to arrive in the store
3) Monarchy Mobb V for my Unitank
4) 3 Evolv DNA Go, for my mini sbs project
5) 1 pc Dicodes FL 80 chipset, for my squonk project
6) ESG Skynet RBA.

In the fall though.....
1) 5 pcs Dicodes EC 23 chipset
2) 3 pcs Dicodes FL 80 chipset
3) Dicode's Dani Box Micro DLC
4) Dicdoes Dani Box Mini DLC
5) ModForge mod project parts

I haven't reached Christmas yet lol but I hope that there is still time for 2 micros and 1 Dani SBS 21700, and another Cabeo

Very cool list. Didn't realize I could just be making my own mod. Wish I had the time and resources, but I'll keep the idea on my back burner.

I will be adding the Unitank, MOBB, and other boro RBAs to #3 for consideration. Thank you very much.

There may be different colors of PSU, but the ones I see most often have a completely different tint of color compared to what Vandy Vape has here.
Most are significantly brighter than the one Vandy Vape has, the ones I've seen PSUs on are Aspire, Steampipes, Kayfun, etc.

Maybe the thickness of the PSU is much thicker than what the others use.
Hmm. The site I linked above says it's usually amber. Maybe Steampipes, Kayfun, etc. do something to theirs to make it less dull looking.

What struck me was that this was not psu, it is far too dark, but maybe there are different types of psu.
Part of the reason why they are quite bright in the psu on these German tanks is that the psu tank is thin-walled.

You really just need a detailed plan, patience as well since you mostly have to buy parts from several suppliers.
There was probably a larger selection before when Fasttech was at its peak, and there are certainly Chinese subcontractors who are still in the industry, but finding them is something else.

In Europe, on the other hand, the mod parts selection is excellent, Mod Maker UK, Stealth Vape UK, Mod Forge Italy aka Steel Lab aka Mod Dog, still have a good selection for us.
Stealth Vape takes warranty cases for Evolv in Europe, Mod Maker is pretty cheap, while Mod Dog is legendary in quality.
If you buy high end from Europe, there are quite a few parts from one of these three inside your mod.

Morning all. Look what I found in the deep recesses of the VapinArt inventory:
A beautiful mech stealth vape from 2016. If my eyes aren't lying to me, still in stock...

I purchased a lot of gear from them in the past, but unfortunately they only ship within the state of Florida now, and I'm not a resident.. :(:

Please Note: We cannot currently process orders with any items covered by the PACT Act outside of Florida.

We will be adding additional locations as circumstances permit.
All orders received from the state of Florida will be processed with the shipping method currently available:
USPS Priority Mail with adult signature required. Non-covered items can be shipped anywhere.

The mention of stealthy mechs made me reach for this little 16340 gem (which I still use occasionally for quick errands ;) ):

(Note 18650 batt for size comparison)

    GuppyBay.jpg

Atmizoo Guppy 16340 mech & Bayou carto tank (still have a stash of Boges around for this and all my other tanks... :smokie:

EDIT: Also want to include this VERY stealthy 14500 JM Mods JM16 mech in gorgeous (IMO) pressed brass. The RTA is a good quality clone of the Origen Tiny Tank by Norbert. This mod, along with some others was given to me by a VERY generous forum member some time back! Another BIG thanks to @MsLoud .... :toast:

If you dig hard enough. So far I've found that Atmizoo and Vapinart has them in stock. I did a quick search earlier and found that quite a few online shops (looks like most in the EU) I'm not familiar with has them in stock as well. All of this tells me that there are likely factories in China still churning them out regularly.

I think I still have some in an old tool box. I think they were eitehr 801 or 301's. They are the bigger ones. I might have some 510 cartos too. I'd have to look.

    Morning shinies ;)

I haven't watched any reviews, what's the difference between the V and the m2?
As far as I understand it is smaller than Mobb v2.
    New airpins.
    I don't know if it's better than Mobb v2.

I was thinking of having one, when one comes along that will fit my dlc unitank.

There are quite a few longtime ECF members who have a bunch in their stashes. If you ever wanted to try any, you could put a Wanted Ad in the Classies and likely get several positive responses.
