    is it low mate?
    Sleep pulse is 49-50.
The sleep pulse seems a little low to me but I haven’t checked mine sleeping. Resting pulse for me is usually mid to high 60’s.

That BP is pretty high Tor, I'd get that checked out. I just got off BP meds in Jan. after I got my weight down, so maybe that's it.
Yep, I'll be wearing a blood pressure monitor 24/7 23rd May.
So blood test at lab 24th May.
    my GP 8th June.
I measured myself last Wednesday, I understood then and there why I had felt strange for a few months.
It used to be 110/70-60, so when the measurement was 150/100-60, emergency dr, there we agreed to double the heart medicine dose, but the only thing that has happened is a lower heart rate.
I'm not stressed by it, can go for walks without any discomfort, but something does happen.
I'm going to drop the weight back to where I was.

That BP is high and needs treatment but is not critical. A pulse of 60 is on the low end of normal. What heart/BP med are you on? Some can lower the pulse a lot. If you aren't having any side effects of low pulse and it's regular rhythm and ekg rhythm is normal, then that's nothing to worry about.

Just posted another pod review. I know, too many on the market. At least Dovpo has only released two or three including this one.

    Thank you for your answer.
I have been on Selo Zok since my heart attack in 2017, was on 100mg, then 50mg for years, and then 25mg since last autumn.
I would assume that it is the cholesterol, as I easily get high LDL, but that there needs to be more changes in medication than just that.
It's a long time to wait for the lab test, the only thing I can do is measure pressure, take short walks, water, and eat low-fat food until I know something more, the cheese disappears anyway.

Selo Zok is metoprolol, which is a beta blocker. Beta blockers lower the heart rate, so in your case, a pulse of 60 is no big deal as long as you aren't having any symptoms. The low pulse limits how high the dose can be. Instead of raising it for your high BP, I'd tend to add something else..

Finally put my Taiful GTR and DVARW 24 clones in for a swim in dish soap. Then a rinse, a bath in isopropyl, dry, and lubricate with PG/VG.

Had a closer look at the build decks.

The GTR looks like a no-brainer to wick and I'm excited to use the JFC. Will cut my tails (rayon) over 50%, maybe up to 75% to test them out. Loving the simplicity of design. No wonder these are popular.

DVARW looks odd to me, being used to juice wells and bottom port holes with juice-well-type areas you tuck the ends of the wick. Not sure if I'll play it safe at a 50% cut or push my luck with a bigger cut. Maybe an exotic cut, like cutting both sides of a horizontal fan. I'll figure it out, it's not rocket science :)

A while back @AngeNZ (I think she owns 11 of the blighters) created a database of the different wicking methods that work well for the Dvarw DL. Photos etc. You might come up with another one to add to the pile.

There are three ways to wick a Dvarw RTA. See @AngeNZ's blog entry.

By far, the easiest is the Bunny Ear method. Doesn't matter which method you use, they all deliver the same flavor-wise. FWIW, the designer of the Dvarw, Peter Sarkozi, uses the bunny ear method. It's fast and easy.

I trim about the same amount of rayon off the tails as Vapdivrr does.

You want to make sure there is enough in the tails to fully cover the two chimney juice holes. As you know, rayon contracts. Not enough rayon in the tails will cause leaking.
