Good morning people,
will be something to keep in order at Christmas,
the package from spain might be in the air, then there are 4 packages from AliExpress that are scattered around. one of them I'm looking forward to as there are screens that might work on pico.
Both me and the wife are brewing some kind of cold, hope it's not the c virus.

God I hope not too! How are u both feeling today? I ended up getting the Covid, flu and rsv vaccines a few weeks ago . I don’t go out much so I’m not around a lot of people but both my roommates work and are around people. With all my health problems I just want to reduce the risk as much as I reasonably can. Last year I ended up in the hospital with bacterial pneumonia thankfully I didn’t develop Covid, the flu or rsv since I was immunocompromised.

I’ll be thinking of you both that you are on the mend.

I don’t know how long it would take to get a response but can try to ask my Hellvape contact about it. What stores did you buy from and do the boxes have authenticity stickers on them?

I guess I just had a run of bad luck with the ones I received. I’m glad that yours fit well. I’ll have to read your review. I’d like to get another one but after already spending the money on three of them maybe the vape gods are telling me something lol!

Wired up my new custom BB this morning.
Again it's loud and gaudy but lots of fun. I got a scare though - the DNA 60 seemed dead when I first powered it up. Turns out I'd created a bad soldering joint on the battery positive terminal. Fixed and now it's all working fine.

I’m psyched - I found the invoices from Element Vape and Sourcemore where I bought the Dead Rabbit Pros. They may still be under warranty. I’ll have to check how long their warranty’s are for. These were all bought since October. Probably too long but worth a try.

After charging several batteries most of them was halfway charged), and putting some others in the Storage Mode (50% - 3.7V), im totally pleased with its performance and functions, im very glad and totally worth for purchasing it so far !

You’re my hero!!! I can’t believe you researched this. I just ASSumed since it was past 30 days the warranty expired but I never thought of checking the manufacturers warranty.

Again- thanks so much. I’ve been using the SS one which is the least loose of them and I’m enjoying the vape more and more.

I need to read ur review too. I wanted to know your experience with it.

@Letitia , have you had any problems with the fire buttons being hard to press on the new Odin minis? I thumb fire and sometimes it feels like the buttons are sticking. I’m thinking about pulling the panels and see if I can figure out what’s going on.

Yes they seem stiff, it is more like they aren't centered properly rather than actually being stiff. Another reason I quit using them. For me thumb fire worked a tad better but I prefer to finger fire.

The new charger Vapcell S4 Plus V3.0 (12A) just delivered, the first impression are very good, looks very durable as a construction, the buttons have a slightly play but nothing to worry about !
I like the display - screen and its functions !
I hope that will be durable through the years... !?

I put in
CH 1 a Fenix protected AA - 14500 Li-ion 1.5V - 2.4Wh (ist a proprietary battery for my mini flashlight Fenix E35 V3.0), and it dedicated immediately, and right after that it was fully charged, and giving a beep signal ! Which means that it really can recognize the type of the battery and making the right actions - giving the right current in the Auto Mode !

CH 2 a brand new Molicel INR18650 P28B 2800mAh 35A for its first charge !

CH 3 a used Samsung 50E 21700 5000mAh

CH 4 a used MNKE INR 26650 3500mAh

So far im pretty pleased with it !

@Pigs - I got my KF working today.

Bit of a nightmare. One of the deck screws was locked in hard. The way it's set between the posts means you can't get needle nose plyers to it. The little driver that comes with it didn't work. Even holding the driver with pliers I couldn't move it and I was scared of stripping the head. My set of mini screwdrivers was missing the one I needed and it took half an hour of searching the garage to find an old plastic handled driver the right size. That did the job.

I was stressed out by the screw thing and absentmindedly made the coil with SS instead of Kanthal. Then of all my mods the Colossal was the only one that would connect with the KF. But because of the SS coil the resistance was way less than it should have been. Eventually figured that out and made another coil. I did a 6 wrap 2.5 28g coil but there's loads of room in there for a bigger coil.

Finally got it running and it's nice. Only had it running a few minutes and the wick needs to get settled down, so it will get better. I did it with the airflow pin out and the air is exactly the way I like it.

With everything assembled the boro isn't locked in place like it is with the Xeta. It slides up and down on the KF which seems odd. Works though. I might get a couple more, although it's on 7 day shipping right now.
