I would have tried replacing the o-rings. Fairly certain slightly thicker ones would resolve your issue.
I’m really sorry to hear that. I’ve had a much better experience with the reps I’ve dealt with there.
I don’t own one and have never tried one.
You will need to measure the o-rings that came with the RDA. Then purchase new ones, per my post from however many days back.
That will resolve your problem. 100%

I have never owned a Pico, bottom w/v buttons on the bottom and limited atty width pretty much caused me to lose all interest in the line.

The latest tracking info for my order with Health Cabin was earlier this week: "Picked up on US 1/8th," whatever that means. No movement on their tracking site, nor USPS or 17track. Gonna give it a week or so, and if I don't see any more movement I'll reach out to them, but I'm not too worried about it.
It seems like the after sale customer service standard is pretty low for big vape hardware resellers and manufacturer's (in general), but to not offer support for a defect on a brand new item is crazy.

The limited atty width on the older Picos is a drag indeed. I've got a 23mm RTA crammed on there now and its just barely rubbing against the battery cap. Pico Plus can fit 25mm though.

That's Chinese manufacturing for ya.
Mass produced Chinese vape products service and support is, well, from what I've seen, complete .... (with the rare, very rare, exceptions).
You would never see that kind of poor design on 99% of the higher end products. Totally unheard of with H.E. RBA's. The H.E. folks are really good with supporting their products and nearly all of them have excellent customer service.
Hmm haven't heard of them. When I search for "H.E. RBAs" I'm getting lots of irrelevant stuff. Would you mind sharing their website or more info? I'd love to have a look...not that I should be buying more stuff, but still.

It's not a manufacturer. H.E. = high end gear (mods and RBA's). High end RBA's normally run $100+.

There are many more mfrs, those are just the ones I own.
Most of the high end RBA's sellout fairly quickly. Some can only be purchased via Facebook private groups. Most companies replenish stock (some slowly/some quicker).

Today or on Monday I can perhaps get the BilletBox frame from AliExpress.
Eleaf Pico 75 TC with micro USB is phased out, and almost empty everywhere (with luck you'll find it from someone who hasn't sold mods/kit in the last 2 years. Eleaf Pico 75 TC with USB-C (not upgradable firmware, shameful choice by Eleaf) is out of stock at all serious dealers, and has also been phased out.
I like the Pico 75 TC with micro USB port for my compact 22mm attys, use arthic Fox Firmware in all of them.

The question is what are you buying, the real thing or a cloned pico...Spend time, always spend time on AliExpress to read feedback, before you buy anything at all.
