A little beat up and dirty, to be honest (picture was taken right after removing them from a bubble mailer and a sealed bag). Oh well, the price was right at least.

omg this should have been the first thing I tried. now both you and pigs recommended it. I did pop off the tile just now after reading your post. my oh my what a lot of crap in there. sadly it did not solve the problem. pigs solution of spraying alcohol and etc was more in-depth and once I read his message I realized I should just buy a new one. sounds like they are kind of a disposable device. i am just going to order a new one today. thank L
