Had one in my cart before I found the dot for $56. I've heard nothing but good things about it. Like the looks.
some sort of plastic. little slicker than the pulse. very sturdy feel and I do get a little bit of battery noise but only if I shake it. that's with an 18650 and the included adapter.
Hits harder than the Pulse and feels better in the hand than the Athena IMO.

I was giddy when I got my Therion, happy with the Pulse, this made me giddy again. Damn it hits hard.

Love the looks of the Dotmods, won't even consider one until they can accommodate larger tanks. Overhang drives me batty. That's why I ordered the Cylon for the Fireluke. Enjoying the Fireluke since I switched to smaller glass, different dt, and .25Ω coil. Surprisingly tasty and nice to have one tank I don't have to build for. Am looking forward to giving the rba a go in the future.

Caved and bought the ijoy capo squonk from 3fvape. Just the mod, no kit. Not many places seem to have the silicone/steel squonk bottle upgrade for it so I made an account on heaven gifts and ordered a few from them. I'm sure ft, 3f etc will have them in stock soon enough but this way I can just forget about them until they show up and consider the 'itch' to have been scratched.

My capo ain't as bad as they make it seem. Have the drop on it right now at 70 with a .12 dual just to push it. Seems comparable to my DNA at that power so....
Some report no difference when they change wattage but mine works.
It is a single so with the wattage I'm running right now I don't expect long usage. I'll probably go back to a single coil but I use it regularly and am ok especially for the price.
Yeah, I could even agree with him to an extent, I just don't vape anywhere close to the way he does, or many other reviewers for that matter.
Seems like it all came down to how ijoy marketed the mod. If they would have just been up front about its limitations people might not have such an issue with it. I'm buying it despite seeing all the negativity. If I need more than 4 volts output I always have my dna mods.
Yeah for the price it reall seems like a great mod. For me, I'll be putting a simple round wire build on it and probably wont go past 35 watts.

I came very close to ordering that one! Definitely interested in hearing your take on it. The one thing that stopped me was the button placement. Most of my rdas are really low profile and would sit lower than the button itself. I really liked the ultem version.
