My son finally got that Battlestar rta that I bought for him and those stupid coils don't fit. The deck is too small.
Guess I'm gonna get him that steamcrave 30mm.
@Coastal Cowboy is the expert on coils for that tank. I got one for my son and had a lot of trouble getting coils to fit until he kindly gave me a tutorial. 3mm ID coils, 26ga SS316L (or the wire of your choice in that ga.) 10 wraps each fit perfectly. I am posting a link to the thread with CC's wonderful photos. I haven't had trouble with my son's tank since and owe CC my eternal thanks.

The coils I'm trying to fit in it aren't normal coils... they are huge. I was taking a chance with this deck anyway because it's only 17.5 mm but I was being hopeful due to the cost...

Yep, okay, squonkers are exempt from shinyitis. As if it stopped ya'll from purchasing like it was 2008 before when it was prohibited, but certainly squonkers can be exempt. I'm still not buying one.
