Lots of mods come in lovely colors and you can get into resin, wood, all sorts of stuff. And how blingy? Some people love gold, I don't care for it, etc.
There is no "most colorful" mod maker I don't think, generally.

SMOK makes about a billion mods, by next month it will be up to two billion at the rate they release new ones. Many people don't like SMOK brand, but I find their quality has improved. I had two about 3 years ago, and they were junk. I currently own two, and they aren't.
I don't quite understand. No, there is no one maker who is "most colorful". Also, lots of makers make a lot of things and some of the colors look great, some I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. I think this is a bit subjective, but if it were me, I'd poke around on a few Vendor sites like Heaven's gifts and others that have a good supply of "mod kits" and start seeing what you like the look of, it's not really that hard. I did a search and didn't come up with much other than unidentified mods and tanks and I don't know that this would do much if they're just pictures.

You might like the Voopoo Drag or the Voopoo Too.
