Looks great to me there will be a tiny little singe and that's no big deal, it's working for that build perfectly.
More complex builds like Aliens etc will require some tinkering and not all SS316L is the same, it differs between manufacturers. Just more tweaking or stick with wire that's working for you. I use a lot of SS430 Unkamen 28g (twisted up) or Zivipf (All gauges available) as it has zero nickel and a higher TCR value than SS316L. Titanium Grade 1 and NiFeThal 70 or 48 (sometimes labeled as 30 and 52) are exceptional for TC as well, if you are looking to venture down other wire paths.
Glad to see you are having a good experience with it. I love TC with RDA's as I am a lazy dripper/squonker and it's saved me a few times.

@TrollDragon I have been looking at the Zivipf wire. Does it come annealed and clean? Can't seem to find this info.I usually use Temco wire which i love but the Gauge i want to try Temco does not make. Thank you in advance.
Their Ti is a lot cleaner than Unk's Ti, filthy stuff that.

Do NOT make your own with coffee. From what I've read that is potentially deadly, can't quite remember why, but biological chemistry was never my strong point...
The flavoring is fine. I'll look up the how and why at some point to post the link(s), but making your own shouldn't be attempted outside of a lab setting by a professional chemist.
