So what do I put on the Pulse to get a decent vape as this as it is my first mech?

I screwed on the Goon with triple core fused claptons and just laughed... I didn't expect much as I run it at 120W on the Drone.

My Resurrection V2 has a pair of 7 wrap 3mm 24g SS316L coils. They are 0.17Ω when cold but rise to 0.23Ω as they heat up and these look like they might do the job for now with an iJoy 20700.

Any recommendations for a build that is on the hot and gre-he-he-heasy side would be appreciated.

Less cores, the more mass you have the longer it takes to ramp.
What battery are you running so we have an idea of what the low ohm tolerance will be.

My bronze beauty. It's a lot smaller than I thought and very comfortable to hold. For now, I have the iJoy Exo on it but it's a little too airy for me even with the airflow reducer in and the AFC almost completely closed. I forgot why I packed it away. Another reason was too much overhang on all my other mods. It does look good on the P80 but it will be replaced... maybe another Ares. For now, my shinyitis itch is satisfied.

I have no problem with a single coil build, I'll just have to get another B2K to use it...

No singles are fine, I have a few RDA's like the Stumpy that works with a single Z type coil.

The first time I played around with SS on the Pulse w/ the Dead Rabbit I did a single coil that was parallel 26ga around 5 wraps at 3mm id I believe it came in around .17 and was a pretty hot vape. I'm far from the expert when it comes to setups for mechs. I've only been using them a few months myself and I tend to go with single coil builds between .25-.30 on my single battery squonk mods.

I've built parallel 28ga and 26ga in the past with good results.

I really like the quick ramp up and with parallels builds and I would probably build them more often but ever since I got my Daedalus I feel obligated to use the shiny clapton wire I've made.
