Why would you make a litre of untried juice?
hehe, all my new recipes get mixed in 100ml sizes cuz I got sick of dealing with 20ml testers. If I make a bad recipe I can usually mix it with something else, or add a little extra of this or that, to end up with something I can vape. I hate dumping bad recipes but it doesn't hurt too much if it is just 100ml that cost me <$2 to make.

If I am 99% certain I will like a new recipe I might mix in those quantities but not with something brand new to my tastebuds, completely. I have yet to vape apple pie, and I have no idea what I'll think about it, at all, so will do a taster mix of that.

It's true that you can amend many mixes, not all of them, but I hope you have success with this one.

Wow.. I am glad I wasn't deficient in note-taking, especially that time I mixed up like 15 juices and used a regular marker by accident instead of a sharpie. I really liked a lot of those flavors, but without my notes, some of them would have been very very hard to identify, and I know I will be vaping them again.

You should see my actual cookbook notebook. There are certain portions I probably should start laminating, LOL.

made a litre of apple pie and custard liquid on sunday (78VG/22PG 6mg)...had a wee try of it today...it isn't very nice. really harsh :( hoping an extended steep will improve it...but i have my doubts...very unshiny...
I have yet to make a juice with apple in it that didn't age into being over flavored. Even at 5% it seemed too much.

Try turning it upside down before opening the AFC to burp it. That usually works for me.

Correction on my reply:

I meant to say the Juice Flow Control NOT Air Flow Control. It doesn't matter if the AFC is opened or closed... sorry!

I've had good luck with apple flavors. If it has a whole apple taste, such as INW two apples, 1-1.5% is a good mixing percentage. 2% of the fleshy apples, such as FA fuji, works well. Adding .5-1% cactus brings a apple heavy along nicely and seems to keep it from getting too sweet. Drop or two of FA sicilian mix can help with taming the sweetness as well.

So I just looked up the stand. $449.
I got it free because 1 door was missing. Cool thing is I didn't want the doors on it. :)

Everything we sell is so damn expensive. Can't see how people justify $2400 speaker, just 1 speaker. Insane.
$2400 for just one speaker...

How about a pair of Wilson Audio Alexandria XLF's... (No where near the top of the food chain.)

I love the look of those D'Agostino amps.

I know zip about audio equipment. My little brother the musician would be so proud :lol:

Man, though, is he an excellent teacher. I was a violinist, fairly certain I couldn't learn the guitar. He gives great lessons, I'm not very good yet, but it's definitely EASIER than the violin, at least with him as my teacher. Once I finish the stupid book, I plan to get back to it, provided his "off grid" shack has some form of decent internet. I love the guitar, it's so... friendly. You can take it places and people actually WANT you to play it....

Maybe only in comparison to the violin. We've all been the the party with the one bro that knows 3 chords and the start of 5 songs that won't stop strumming out some nonsense crap.

Sorry to hear. I make mostly tobacco flavors, so I am used to 2 weeks to a month steep times. Fruit is usually good in a week or so, but since it is so much maybe it will need more time. Did you leave it uncapped? I did .8 liters of Blackjack and left it open for a week until it lost the new juice smell. When I used to hot steep, the nicotine would get harsher and pepperier (not sure if that is even a word). I found that a tiny bit of maple or some Holy Vanilla works well for smoothing things out. It is weird, neither of those flavors should ever come out harsh. What nic concentration did you use? Possible they gave you a higher one on accident?
