Good morning...I ordered flavors last night, thanks for recipes :thumb:
Hope you enjoy them! Pear and creams pair well also. If you have any blueberry the two play together deliciously. You can also use pear for a sweetener. Very diverse flavor .

I'll probably ask for more guidance after I've mixed up the first two, if that's OK :toast:

She hates it. Doesn't argue, but doesn't like it.
We've been together nearly 10 years. Some of them leaner than others. We've mostly never gotten each other anything.

Think I got her a cat 1 year and a laptop another.

We're happy. All that matters.

The first year we were married my husband got me a lifesized card, a balloon, great big box of chocolates and flowers.

I have lived on that memory ever since.. haha (jk)

We normally eat out on Valentines day so I don't have to cook, but that's it really... it doesn't bother me...

Let's face it I'm a tightwad anyway.. one of the biggest disagreements we ever had was over a birthday gift he wanted to buy for me that I determined was too expensive. .it's so backwards in our house. .. hahahaha

Love and shiny to everyone on this thread on Valentines day! I didn't even remember it, but a long time ago me and the husband pledged to give each other the greatest gift possible (we both chose well) and then decided not to think about it ever again. LOL. It's kind of like weddings, you only need to do it once.... IF you do it right.

JFC, you are exempt from the love since you apparently don't need "reminders" on the day. As far as I'm concerned, if the date was picked by your first wife.... That might have been your first sign. LOL.

Quit day, out of smokes, no smoke this morning and cravings taken care of via the Sourin. Let's see how long I can last without buying a pack.
Kudos. Helps if you just decide to not buy another pack. Hard the first few mornings, but it does get easier.:thumb:

Smokes used to call my name... It's quite the nasty monkey to get off your back.
Absolutely! Took two weeks before I started remembering every morning I didn't have a smoke to wake up too. Literally had to decide everyday to not buy another pack.

@Sickbxy , best of luck you can DO IT! Just hang tough. When I dual used, I started eliminating my "first" cigarette, the one I'd stagger outside with and just grab, and sit, and smoke. It was the hardest one to eliminate, but I felt it gave me the most practice. Well, that and the fact that I knew if I started out with a cigarette, I'd be smoking all day long.

But, it doesn't matter how you do it, if you do it. You'll start detoxing for sure, but that has to come at some point. Just remember, even if you cave and smoke one, keep vaping! The more you vape, the more it becomes self-referencing. You can do it! Will be thinking about you today and i wish you all the luck, and the smoothest transition possible! Good luck and great choice!

You gotta come back and let us know how you are doing. Complain to the skies about your cravings, post your victories, whatever! I remember falling over in surprise when I hit my first "smoke free" day. There was a part of me that literally didn't believe it could happen.... But it did!

I was fortunate. I got a starter setup that worked well for me the first day and didn't crave cigs after that. At first I found myself reaching for them out of habit but I was getting enough nic so it was more a habit thing than a craving.
