I'm running in wattage mode for now w/ no issues. Just for fun I switched back and was able to use TC without locking the resistance. Who knows. I'll try to dive into it tonight but I'm on Dance Dad duty tonight and my schedule isn't really mine to control
Pics please of you two in your dance duds. Too sweet.

Noooo. I don't dance, I finance. My Dance Dad duties consist of me taking and picking her up from practice on the nights when the Bride is working late. I am also a Prop Dad which means I excel at picking heavy objects up and carrying them to wherever I'm directed.

I never lock the resistance on my dna's only on the WeeLeaf, Aegis and Minikin 2.

If your baseline cold resistance is not correct you will not have a proper working TC. Make sure the atty vapes in power mode and the coil stays well saturated at that power level. I have had a poorly working TC before only to find the wick was too loose in the coil or it was not getting enough juice flow.
This is correct.

If you know what the cold resistance should be and you can set and lock that value, then you don't have to wait until everything reaches "room temperature." If you lock a resistance that's too high, then you run the risk of the TC model on the chip overestimating actual temp during your puff/pull/drag/whatever. If locked cold resistance is too low, then the mod thinks the requested temp has been reached too soon, it throttles back and the vape is weak.

For TC to work right, the mod has to have three things correct: The starting point (cold resistance), the destination (set temp derived from change in resistance) and how fast to get there (TCR).

I thought you were going to margaritaville...

No? Or are you caught up drinking? Maybe a little behind your freinds on the margaritas?
6 PM is margarita time. Caught up mixing. I'm a puss when it comes to alcohol, Mark usually finishes mine.
