Coz I appreciate you, I didn't give you the dreaded red X for this but I'm in MA like @Joru'us C'baoth. I'm going to be looking at 20" of snow outside in the morning. There's a rumor of another storm coming next week...

However, I thank all of you for the entertainment and the possum pics. I managed to survive the day without giving into shinyitis shopping!

I spent a winter in New Orleans and froze my .... off, the breezes off the lakes made it feel colder than Southern Illinois.

I’ve lived in Montana,Missouri,Tennessee,Kentucky,Alabama and here.... cold here is the worst. It’s a damp, get in your bones cold at a higher temperature than would be cold elsewhere

I just went out to the utility room and was looking in corners and had the opossum heeby jeebies.. lol.

I was literally shuddering so i think my time with creepy photos is at an emotional end lest I have nightmares.

Hated to leave, the people couldn't be beat. Worked at a tea room in the Quarters and met people from all over the world. The pop up parades were a treat as well and oh ny the food...wonderful. I did learn to not ask what was in the dishes, found I enjoyed them more if I didn't know.

How long do fruits normally take to steep?

I only let berry flavors steep and not for long (1-2 days), everything else goes right through the vaperino.

Some don't bloom for several weeks and some are SnV. For me SB and oranges are much better with a long steep. At very high % you can get a feel for their flavor within a week. Most berries, kiwi, lemon, lime, pear, apples, and grapes are good by day 3.
