I really like the shape and size of the LV Drone. The centered 510 is awesome, my 41mm Titan fits on it with very minimal overhang on the back sides. The only problem with the Drone is the cheap manufacturing, 90 degree 510 and bottle placement

There is that DIY converted RX200 squonker, similar shape to the drone but a better bottle placement. The 510 on the edge is not ideal but workable.

That is a great idea! You wouldnt really need to change much. There is one of those that is designed to do both 2 and 3 bartteries. You could set it up for squonk on the battery extebsion. If you were good enough you could wire it with a switch between 2 different 510s.

How about a single 26650? May be easier to fit everything. You would sacrifice some battery life. It would be 6mm wider one side but 20mm smaller on the other.
I love my single cell dna squonkers, they work great with single coil rda's. I have a few dual coil ones that really don't really come to life on a single cell device though. ;)

I'm gonna be honest, I'm gravitating away from regulated mods.

I'm liking the flawless, my affinity for the (flawed) dot is well known. I once thought I'd like a dual 20700 or a good single 20700 but I'm not so sure any more.

When I started vaping there were two things I was certain of. I wouldn't want a squonk and I wasn't ever going to use a mech.

That was only 6 months ago.

Makes me chuckle now.

Me too. When I was still at 6 months in I swore I'd never switch to rebuildables. Not a single stock coil tank in rotation right now. 4 rtas and 3 drippers. Pisser is I don't like to build.

I remember the days where you had a choice between a Provari and a mech if you wanted quality. Then this new tangled thing called a DNA 40 came out!

I swore I’d never use anything I had to change the atomizer on. Use and toss. Lovely. Bought the bloody vivi, quit vaping. Leaked like a rusty bucket. And now y’all have me building. Shocking, honestly. Y’all should get some sort of reward

I still love my provaris. Mini 2.5 used to be my go to stealth vape. I think the Jac has won that spot. Tiny and at least it’s an 18650. I have a aspire milspec the vape store gave away with 4 18350 batteries because no one would buy them. Tiny tank. Excellent concealable, if you dismiss the pocket full of battery cases you have to bring along

For a long time the only way to get decent power was with a mechanical. From the time I got my first K101 until I got the Sigelei 100 plus basically used nothing but mechmods. I didn't like it either. Felt like I was vaping a vhs tape. I have actually gotten more into regulated mods lately than I ever have before. I have tried to embrace tanks also but i just can't.

Probably, definitely not! I had prior experience making pretty metal coils. Pretty doesn’t = better on any scale
I'll share a secret with you...pretty coils don't vape any better than ugly ones. As long as the inner diameter is fairly consistent you've won the game.
