Yeah 5% sucralose :(. . The only time I overdid the sucralose was when I tried to quit my diet pepsi habit all at once. It wasn't good. I was pretty sure it was the sucralose, so I drank a cup of coffee with 15 packets in it (I was at work, I had little time, I had to run a group, etc.)

Not the best cup of coffee I ever drank, I must say, but it took care of the headaches, dizziness, etc. Also, glad a private bathroom was available, sucralose is a laxative, too....

I am in the process of "weaning" from my diet pepsi, LOL, and yes it's going fine, thank you. LOL. My doctor listed it as my "second most bad for you habit" and begged me to cut back. (For my kidneys, I think he said. I need them as lithium filters through there....

It's funny what my brain decides it wants more of on an ever increasing trajectory. LOL.. I won't say how much I Was drinking, but not so much anymore....

Anna

I went into kidney failure at the age of 18.. they almost removed my right kidney, told me they were taking it the next morning if the newest batch of antibiotics they had just started me on didn't make my kidney start working again..

Thank goodness my kidney decided to work, doctor scared it I'm sure.. lol..

But yeah, you can definitely go into kidney failure over soda pop. You have to be careful with that..

No :D. We don’t want to give admin an excuse to pop in. We stray off topic enough. That was heading towards :danger:
We have gone way farther off topic in the past lol.

Now that @Sickbxy has asked, at what point do the admins stop the thread (page wise).
I can't remember.

We look safe from what I can see... definitely meet the numbers and activity requirements

Per ECF:

Maintenance of Groups

  1. Groups with no new posts will be deleted after 6 weeks of inactivity.
  2. Groups with no active moderators or owners will be deleted after 6 weeks of inactivity.
  3. Groups with ineffective owners/moderators risk closure.
  4. Groups with less than 5 active members risk closure.
  5. Suppliers, and Associates, cannot be Social Group owners or moderators. An owner that becomes a supplier/associate should transfer ownership of the group. Failure to do so risks closure of the group.

A group with at least 10 active members that falls under the above rules will be given an opportunity for selecting a new owner to keep the group from deletion. In such a case a thread for members to post their interest in becoming the owner will be opened for three days, after which a poll will be opened for one week for all group members to vote on whom will be the new owner.

If only one member is willing to become the owner then the poll will not be held. If no members post within the three day window their interest in becoming an owner then the group will be removed.
  6. Social Group owners can create their own rules, but no Social Group rules can conflict with ECF rules.
  7. ECF staff will NOT enforce Social Group specific rules, unless a violation of those rules also is a violation of ECF rules.
  8. ECF staff reserve the right to remove content from your forum at our discretion.

Scanned and saw a few threads around 2500. We gotta pick up the pace and do some recruiting.
