Hi, @Walter_Sobchak ! Welcome back to shiny land and I hope your vacation was fantastic.

LOL, I almost just now bought a squonker but saved myself that narrow escape. LOL. Also the pegasus is coming out of the closet (did you really think anything named pegasus wouldn't be in the (vacopalypse but still a) closet for a while?)

LOL, I am selling off one of my beloved (expensive) mods and the pegasus can just darn well replace it in my rotation. LOL, I'm sure I'll notice a difference, but all is well that allows me to get on top of and ahead from my (now consolidated and easier to manage) medical debt. That is such the suck to have, although I must say, I would've ALMOST paid more for the ability to eat again (almost).

Fortunately I remembered "Two more liters of nic before anything else." And I plan on sticking to it, LOL.

We had a fire in the fireplace last night because the hubs deemed it “cold” out (low 50’s). This is the same man who keeps the a/c set at 68 all summer because it’s too hot out. Heading to Denver Wednesday night, where we’ll get some real cold for a few of the days. As soon as the coffee kicks in, I’ve got to go decant the nic into bottles and put in the deep freezer. No shiny shopping till I get that done (self imposed so I don’t turn into a nic storage heretic like Coastal Cowboy ;))

Thank you. It was. Perfect weather, didn't get too burnt, no vape fiascos involving sand or saltwater and safe travel. Couldn't ask for more

Well, Randy it's good to have you back.

I'm over my "mystery illness" I think, and that means yoga today, come hell or high water. I've missed my little endorphin rushes and have also reached the age (there is something about ones 40s man, it's HORRIBLE, at least for the women in my family, so far, it's when we FIRST run up against the age barrier it's unpleasant) at which if I don't get my (atrophied, but not completely gone) muscles back in gear it's going to be significantly harder.

But man, given my age and etc, I probably won't attack with my usual gusto. I spose I could do some editing (got a strict rule not to do that when sick anymore) should I so desire. LOL. That's a lot to tackle all at once!

Glad you are on the mend. Women arent the only ones who notice what the 40s bring. I had perfect eyesight until a couple of years ago when I had to start using readers. Now I find myself lost without them and am to the point where I'm going to have to consider the dreaded "B" word, bifocals. The fact that my bride is younger and likes to remind me about it doesn't help.

I'm the "younger bride" in my relationship so when a year ago I couldn't read the dang instructions for anything I stole the husband's magnification glasses. LOL.

And what the heck, food packaging? EVERYTHING on there is large.... except cooking directions. It's almost like they don't want you to eat it. LOL. It is sometimes not worth eating but I simply don't understand this packaging.

Yeh, the 40s hit hard. But, having a younger wife is probably good for you. I'm quite certain the (bachelor) when I met him, husband, is doing better than he otherwise might. The first thing I did in the relationship was buy a house that was pretty much condemned. I think he lost about 40 lbs in the process of tearing our kitchen out to the rafters and rebuilding it, the first month we were living there and well, then he burned our "current" house (partially) down, he keeps, you know, busy. Heh.

Well, my Pegasus mod (Tom Cruise  I have named it) refuses to come out of the closet! Mainly because my new mod win (a GTRS mod, called the P222) arrived. It's pretty cool, from what I can tell. The formfactor's really small, and it's lightweight, so I'm hoping it vapes well (haven't got to that point yet).

I would post pics, but somehow, I just can't seem to get my electronics to do my bidding today. They all tell me they're "just resting" in the closet, and my email seems offended by the idea of transferring my pics. It's pretty cool though although depending on how it vapes, I might still just get Tom Cruise out of the closet. It's an excellent problem to have, I guess. LOL.

Gonna play with it a bit first, but so far my impressions are somewhat favorable (the pic thing remains a mystery....)
