I’m on first name basis with the customer service rep on FB and their website lol! I mustve driven them nuts asking them questions when I 1st got my mod although I must say they’ve always answered me promptly except Chinese NY and politely.

I didn’t even realize vape companies had customer support... I thought that was what YouTube was for... The DiCodes manual was the first I ever read because the web site and YouTubers said it was required reading...

Also, most vape shops in the area, if I ask them something... they would shrug, laugh at me, then tell me that I am a big boy and know where to find the answers... None of em ever considered me a real customer since my first modern mod was a VA Knight... and my typical first introduction was, “hey, wanna see something cool?”

I’m trying to talk myself out of buying any new mods unless it’s a dual battery 27xxxxx but I keep eyeballing a Charon.

Oh that was miserable when I had it. It was about 4-5 weeks into vaping then everything was ...just well just nothing. Like you said - blah! Thank god it went away. It hasn’t happened again to me but does it happen more than once or only when you start vaping?

Try vaping mint for a few days. I only had it happen early in.

I have some menthol here. Going to give that a go. Don't want to waste my yummy liquid when it all tastes like rubbish.
