I have my interview in 3 hours. I'm getting nervous. Mostly of having "technical difficulties." LOL. I think my equipment works but the IDIOT savant (talking about the husband) decided to bolt out of the house to help a friend move. A lovely gesture, LOL.
I'm hoping he things this will be easy for me, and I can go in an hour early to test my equipment, but I'm afraid that is likely NOT his conclusion. LOL. At least I can enter the "area" an hour early to see if I can get some ideas as to space/camera angle etc., but GOD. Wish me memorial day luck, everyone

Fidola13, I'm not sure exactly what I was doing either. Somehow, (I know it didn't get listed correctly) they located me in North Dakota, which is not where I live not to mention emailing me some packet that too about an hour to complete (rapidly, without notice). Sigh. I'm trying to find part time work, and that was my first thing. I don't know that I feel so bad about it, I got to test out and deal with the (hard part) for me, which is all the audiovisual stuff, but honestly, my evaluation of their materials was like, "I would be taking money out of starving Chinese parents to get their kids "ahead" only what they are teaching... In my opinion of course, really wouldn't/doesn't work. I also feel bad about the idea the company would be charging like $60 US dollars for a 30 minute lesson.
I did have technical difficulties (which I resolved) and I'm kind of hopeful a company with a better reputation will schedule me and it sounds all NOT so horrific and etc. It was just an unfun couple of days.
It's really annoying FULL time jobs that I would actually ENJOY, like being a pre-K kindergarten teacher are like, all over my resume and stuff, but I can't work full time for a variety of reasons, meaning I am looking at these part time/contractual things that are very outside my wheelhouse and etc., but all the stuff I actually COULD do, they want full time.
IDK, I don't need the chaos and annoyance of all of it, but past a certain point (unless you are my husband) you just have to look.
Oh, it was useful and all, but I'm still left somewhat dismayed, and super cranky. I mean... Okay, doing all that stuff was "useful" in the sense that it may well prepare me for something else and whatnot, but I just don't know.
Husband is still gone. He must have been annoyed he left early and hasn't been in contact, it's kind of making me want to go visit the kid and etc. Sigh. But the kiddo himself is kind of fried/tired. I wish I napped. I would SO be napping right now.
