Holy Goodness. LOL, that went well. They did not even try to negotiate my earlier rate DOWN based on adding in a Benefit package that is... insanely reasonable and even sort of comparable to the tribe. (Except that' is BCBS not Cigna, I LOVED Cigna they denied zero of my claims, LOL.) BCBS makes you obtain a prior auth. for breathing. Heh. But still, the husband will have double insurance for his neck, LOL. Just a Few More tasks to complete but Holy Goodness. Everyone at that company has been super nice. I'm feeling good about it (apart from the dank and dark tunnels, lolz, although I'll be working with the general population, so maybe they get Outside Time and whatnot) I don't really know. Heh.
Good times. I am still going to this nanny thing though because you just never know. Etc. Although it's super hard to hate on a job that, well, is paying me more than I've ever made, (Oh, except when I was gene sequencing, but that's a whole other thing) plus not a contractor so really, it's hard to complain really. Everyone was so nice, they acted like I was crazy hirable, skillful, and etc. I think the tribe kinda beat me down by the end. Everyone was like, "Work harder and have no self-care and also, no, you can't have a laptop to use dragon on even though it's medically necessary just come to work at 6 a.m. and yes, you still leave at your regular time." I was pretty beat down by the end, my LAST supervisor even wrote "do less work so you don't take FMLA and stress your coworkers." That is TOTALLY illegal to write. Dumb me, I let him fix it when I informed him it was illegal, and did not retain a copy. I so should have. LOL.
Oh well onward and upward, hopefully.
I am buying one shiny thing. Snus. I need to practice.
