Thank you all, for all the love. Rudy is breathing, a little fast, but not panting and gasping. I’ve never had a dog do this before and it was really scary. The ex ray showed his heart was 30% too large, smashing the wind pipe about 80%.

Georgia and I crashed on the couch with Rudy right there on his fluffy blanket. I had to put him on it twice, he knew he was ......, too exhausted to go anywhere to pee.

So I put a doggy diaper on him and he seemed okay with that. Put potty pads around, in case he could get up and use one, but at that point he couldn’t even walk.

Breathing mellowed put about 9 for a while. I drifted off, and Georgia woke me about 12, Rudy was struggling again. His diaper was soaked so o took it off. He scooted over to the pee pad right away, still ...... uncontrollably. Man I felt so bad for him. He looked as blue as a boy could be.

Scooped him up pee pad and all and took him out. He was able to stand and lift his leg, seemed very relieved.

We did that a couple times, Georgia would poke me whenever Rudy started gasping, and he just leaked like a water balloon with a hole in it all night. Poor thing is covered in urine, and he’s exhausted but he’s breathing.

Hopefully he’s out of the woods, and we should be able to manage this.

And Georgia, I have to say, she loves Rudy intensely. In typical Frenchie style, she had her face right in there all the time. I straightened the fluffy blanket, she inspected. I put on the diaper, she checked it over. I placed Rudy on his blanket, she sniffed him all over. I felt like she was grading my performance lol. Every time he moved she pawed me in the ribs “you see that?”

Is there a test at the end of this class?

Yes, it's called "how to complete a bankruptcy."

I'm the ideal person to talk to I keep buying nothing (not on purpose, just no funds. LOL).

@DeloresRose you and Rudy are in my thoughts and prayers. Pets, so hard when they are ill.

I got horse tranqs, good advice from my pdoc (email the people in charge, and even got a response yesterday which was a non-apology apology from the woman who wants to hire me. But, she could do little else, (she and I both know enough to talk legalize politely AND to understand that any sort of admission of wrongdoing would be bad.) I asked for advice/intervention and she' s sending it to the heads of HR (it's a HUGE company, kinda eh, well, I got a response.) I told them the best and kindest any thing ANY one could do would be to tell me to WITHDRAW my application AND remove my results, so I guess they will ah, check stuff. I did point out I was NOT ALLOWED to contact the sheriff's office and the HR lady did not give me at all accurate ADVICE concerning my ah, past usage. Etc.

So, guess we shall see. Also talked to lawyer sis, she indicated with then info I have I have a decent shot of getting it wiped, etc. Oh, and to contact legal aid since my current income makes us "Destitue enough" and like, I would never have gotten my brain to go there, since it is in TraumaVille. LOL.

Although with the (human version) of horse tranqs AND my pdoc's cellphone, (he handed it over without my asking really, but I kept involuntarily crying during my appointment and ALSO , I did talk a bit about how only the kid's nearbyness was keeping me from actively seeking death,. I'm not depressed really, it was more the anxiety/stress that was causing it.) He also said, "F your complexion" and put me back on Adderall. At day 1.5, I have to admit, Ritalin was bad, and I need to never, ever take it again. I wish there was a "medical aid" for dermatology (mainly because the ZITS HURT) but perhaps someday, and who knows WHEN I may get benefits back but much lies in front of me, LOL.

Got a couple nanny interviews and frankly the first person who offers to hire me is going to get a "Yes," if that ever happens.

Making a FIRM COMMITMENT today to post all the shiny I plan to SELL.

But, I can pretty much coach anyone off the cliff, really. It would start with, "Oh yeah it seems fine NOW but then a few UNEXPECTED things happen and before you know it you will be in the steepest of financial dives. LOL.

. Exactly. I mean I came up poor, and was always in the look out for it to happen again so I was always frugal. And I always knew we could be one disaster away from poverty. Or maybe two disasters, because we saved up some. But cancer? Suddenly found my old self alone with zero income, still pummeled with those insanely high bills, not knowing how I was going to eat. I was so lucky he had life insurance, but how long would that last? How much did I still owe? Man, I had nightmares about the “lifetime limits” of the insurance, because I knew full well he’d surpassed that. And a lot of facilities sent me the total before insurance paid so I’d be shaking in my shoes wondering how much of that they’d be asking me for.

On top of this, my bank changed websites without informing me. They did warn me though that there had been some attempts at hacking. I went to look up my balance ( life insurance, should have been thousands...) and it showed I had $42. I thought all my money had been stolen. I literally fainted.

So yeah, there’s a catastrophe out there could ruin anyone. And I know how lucky I am to be good for at least now. And that I had some put aside for emergency vet bills. So I’ll be tight fisted for a while till I put my doggy money back lol.

I’m sure something is going to work out for you soon. You’re just too stubborn to quit now, lady.

Is Rudy on a diuretic. I know my guy had been ...... himself when asleep from being on it. Hope Rudy’s feeling better.

Keep in mind that life has many ups and downs. And though you may be down at the moment, it will get better. I lost a job that paid in excess of 30/hr, through no fault of my own a while back. everything seemed hopeless. But I got that job back and things are much better now. keep in mind, IT WILL GET BETTER.
