Now regarding shiney stuff, I prefer dull lifeless looking toys. People don't seem to klepto that stuff like they do shiney stuff.

Yeah I was quite prepared to steal it too. Minimal grocery shopping and gas made it so I have about 30 dollars left in my account. I only want to steal "tiny ugly things" since I can apparently do so without consequences since its owner does not seem to feel it is a "target."

LOL definitely cannot afford legal charges at the moment. Not even a speeding ticket.

I am of course 99% kidding, I also thought it was kind of cool looking so that played into my decision.

Having taken advice from my bank manager, therapist and other members at ECF, it has been suggested that I seek intensive group therapy with a set of like minded individuals due to my, err, propensities.

I have Amazon deliveries coming Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, all vape related. Some, no doubt I will have to reclassify as "Household essentials", I've even cut back on my weekly red wine quota to channel funds into this "Hobby".

Or to put this in context, Mrs OG has threatened not only to divorce me, but to chop me into little pieces and bury the bits in the back garden if I don't give up smoking. We have a big garden. It will hurt.

I realise I am a hopeless case, and seek only solice, compassion and understanding.

It’s much safer to be single if you have shinyitis  !!

Today would have been my 35th anniversary, and I did my annual shot of tequila. Yikes. Ouch. I’m out of practice.

I’m sorry. Must be incredibly difficult for you. I hope you haven’t been alone all day or maybe you preferred it that way. That’s probably what I’d do but I don’t really like people around anyways.

Oh, you'd puff on it a couple times and between the near clogged air flow and all the gurgling.... I figure it would be left on the seat with a note saying "thanx but no thanx".

The dudes on the contruction site who puff off batteries that could start a steamshovel through garden hose size tubes say "look at the cute little toodle puffer". lol.

It's my peace pipe that cuts down on the urge to punch tree huggers who frequent my job site looking to find minor infractions. If they get too picky I light up a cigarette upwind to watch them melt like the wicked witch in the Land of Oz....

They hate balloons, cigarettes, little kids laughing.... you know the type. But anyway, now I know not to leave my elevator stealther laying around, as somebody might snag it.

Thanks for the warning.

What the hey is a “poker” run?
You have led a shelter life haven’t you? Poker runs are generally associated with bikers but there are other groups that do them as well. You ride to participating businesses and collect cards is the most basic explanation.

Yep and to add, the best hand at the end of the run wins. Standard poker rules apply.

I had a hard time keeping on the runs exclusive to bars. You had to do a shot to get your card. Learned to do schnapps after the first one. First one I was doing Crown shots. Last 3 stops my ride had to bring me out the shot.

I stopped playing poker with bikers when firearms got pulled because I pee'd a lot while drinking.... "whatz with that guy, he a #@#%&pig or something?"
They weren't your basic helz-accountants type, but the real deal. Very cool once you were in but pretty scarey at times.

One of the reasons I chose sobriety.

Too bad I'll be buried in the woods somewhere as it's Hunting opener here in Tundra Land and won't get to open boxes until the following monday. First year in the woods with the Guys and not being a smoker......Hmmmmmm Hopefully the thoughts of new shiny stuff will keep me honest....

You can buy solar chargers for your batteries.
