SNV, I don't get.

Yes, orange is in the collection. Am trying the sous vide 10ml bottles, no real aroma apart from coffee so far. Initial throat hit rough, but the heat from the atomiser seems to have sorted that out after a few drags.

Am MTL, so not expecting miracles .
SNV is a shake and vape, a mix that is good in 1-3 days, no steeping needed. There are some that are good off the shake as well.

Good morning Shiny's.
Fixed several mixes this morning. Well hoping I fixed them, I don't usually bother. Most of the time I just tweak the recipe and make a new batch. Too lazy to get everything thing out this morning.
mixed two watermelon wallops and a blueberry jam for customers at work. will just about pay for the steam crave mod.

All our dogs were free. Pound/picked up near death by the side of the road etc. ALL our dogs were smarter. nicer, healthier and easier to deal with than my siblings many pedigreed pets and they lived longer, too.

I don't argue, someone has to buy the overpriced pedigreed beasts that are currently bred. I can see if for a working dog, with a purpose, but a family pet? Gimme a break. I just quietly say nothing when my sibs report hip dysplasia cancer treatment , on and on and on.

Of course, we all value different things, my kid seemed to value pets in need. LOL the most regal one we literally scooped up off the road I was fairly sure it was gonna die before day two but it turned into the type of Shepherd mix that would have made the best police dog, smart that beastie is.

Afternoon Shinies,

No postman today, so I can have a break from my shiny guilt.

In our newspaper today.
View attachment 767129

Almost all newspapers are now run soley on a diet of press releases and advertising, hence the rise of the corporate PR department. Once a particular position is accepted, the whole sector becomes one giant echo chamber and it then becomes difficult to challenge the status quo. Which is why I rarely buy a new paper now, except maybe on a Sunday for the supplements.

In comparison with 30-40 years ago, when there was at least a modicum of fearless investigative journalism and independent opinion, newspapers now are pretty much just another corporate mouthpiece.

really? tongue firmly in cheek i trust. most hope is gone. betterment is eclipsed by money and those who demand it.

Life in the Land of Mammon. This morning I saw some pictures of the underground mansions of the super rich. Like a swimming pool in a huge ornate pillared hall lined with 24 karat Venetian gold tiles that looked like something from the Sun King's Palace. From time to time they roll up their silken sleeves and set to work with fine righteous energy to save society from the absurdity of providing health care to the old and sick. Like those lazy good for nothing peasants back in King Louis time demanding bread, as though they had a right to eat. I wonder what happened to those guys?

If something like vaping interrupts the proper flow of Money it will be dealt with.

I'm just waiting for the huge big vets bill for my daughter's Bichon to come along, we bought it as an incentive for her to study at school. I call it "The sh*tty dog" because it literally pees and poos everywhere, whereas the other dog (a cross Tibetan terrier/Irish spaniel) is as good as gold. I'm convinced because it is so small it has a Napoleon complex.

Mixed breeds are generally healthier, designer dogs always seem to have some genetic issues long term.

WHAAAT?? All my dogs have been under $120 but then they’ve also all been yorkies, schnauzers and shep/terrier mixes.
Yago, our frenchie was about 400 bucks. At the time (2014) was expensive because it was a popular breed. I fell in love with frenchies back in 2003 with a neighbour that had one. Well worth the cost since we wanted a smaller dog but not a toy dog.

Windows 7. Dell. 4GB. Yes I have backed it up. I am pretty sure I just need more memory. I am using 350 of the 4GB
Model? Yes, most Dell have upgradeable memories. I have an XPS15, I can link you to a memory upgrade DIY vid. Plenty of those on youtube. But windows machines use more virtual memory, you won't need much memory upgrades. Try first upgrading virtual memory.
