All the o-rings seem to be fine, wick is just touching the bottom of the juice well. It seems OK so far, let's see what it's like later today.
If it happens again, I'll check that no cotton is covering the air intake. That apparently is one major cause, it was alright when I built the deck but it's conceivable that screwing the chimney on may have moved it.
In an rba that feeds like that one 'just touching' doesn't apply like others.
You don't want it crammed tightly full, but you want the wells completely full of cotton.
You want the wells full enough to act as a dam against the liquid, but loose enough to allow it to wick up to the coils.
I have found those types of RBAs need more cotton in them than you think to stop leaks.
If it were just your cotton over the air inlets it would gradually find it's way down them. If it's dumping fairly quickly, like you describe, you don't have enough wick in the wells.
Make your wicks longer and fill the wells more.
