It's a great idea if you like a lot of volt drop...
"Hey guyze, this atomizer is too close to the battery, can't we add 3" of distance somehow? Also, can the atty sit at an angle maybe?"
You'd be better off with that dingus squeezer you screw on top of your tube with the bottle dangling off the side. Even that already sucks.

It looks uncomfortable, and I'd be afraid of stress it appears to put on the 510 when gripping it.

If you take into account most mechs vape somewhere at the bottom then "grilled pork cheek" instantly comes to mind.

(disclaimer: this was done purely for entertainment reasons. Nobody in their right mind would grill a pork cheek)

Played with a Ammit MTL rda today.
If it's any indicator of what the draw is on the rta version, with airflow wide open it was a very very restricted lung hit. The draw can get extremely tight if you wish.
It's restricted enough that drip tip size makes a BIG difference.

Oh I have eaten all of those (pork cheek is one of my favorites). You just don't grill pork cheek, you braise it. Unless you enjoy a mouthful of rubbery connective tissue and unrendered/raw fat of course.
