@TrollDragon - WOW….thanks for sharing. Love those stands and have actually thought of building something similar myself. But rather keep my cans out of kitties reach…..she loves to chew on cables as my LCD have fallen victim. Nice collection you got there :thumb:
I have a lovely wooden rod, long enough to make it whistle. The cable chewing has stopped altogether after several warnings.

My main set is a pair of DT880 Pro's with DIY tinyXLR jacks and a Q Audio french silk cable.

I'm a Budget-Fi music lover stuck in Mid-Fi purgatory... ;)

I started the "Pictures of Your Budget-Fi" and "Mid-Fi Portable Rig" threads on Head-Fi. ;) I got tired of all the Jerry Harvey Roxanne/AK 380 rigs posted in the regular picture thread and the pages of gushing that went on about them. While perfectly good plebeian rigs were completely ignored or even snubbed, audio snobbery is quite the thing... :glare:

I had the LCD-3 pre fazor & Conductor SL on loan from Audeze/Burson for a month and loved them, well above my pay grade though. :(

A good friend from Head-Fi came to visit a couple of summers ago and brought his HD800S/WA6 combo down for me to hear. It was very enjoyable and the HD800S is amazing, but I'd still take a pair of LCD's or beyerdynamic T1 instead though.

Here is a list of headphone/IEM's that I have, all budget gear. ;)
Sennheiser RS-160
Brainwavz HM9
Fostex T50RP (DBV3 Style mod)
German Maestro GMP 8.300 D Professional
Koss Tony Bennett Signature Edition
JVC Victor HA-S500-Z
beyerdynamic DT 880 Pro 250 Ohm
Ultrasone HFI-780
JVC HA-RX300 (Burner cans for testing NOS tubes from eBay)
Koss Porta Pro Classic

Campfire Audio Orion

Brainwavz R3
Brainwavz S5
Rock Jaw Alfa Genus
Rock Jaw Kommand

If you have already subscribed to their newsletter and can't get the 10% off, I have a $10 off over $35 one you can use.
I actually have a 10% off code from them, but thank you that was a very kind offer. It's in the cart o_O

It's funny to me how I talk myself into moving from cart to check out.....well I would've spent that in 8 days on cigarettes, so I won't buy anything else for a week :nun:

This is how I justify everything to the boss. We had this discussion this morning and I had to mention I spent less than I would have cigarettes. She shrugged and went to work.

I'm still expecting one day to come home to this:

This is the same, much more readily available... Anything 22 mm rebuildable???

And this is the 18650 model I was really thinking about

$15.59 Authentic Eleaf iKonn Total 50W Mod (Full Grey) - 1*18650 / recessed tank setup / hidden fire button / battery life indication at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I wanted a Microstick since back in 2014. I have seen those eleaf ikonns. They look quite similar. I may have to pick one up. I still want an original Microstick though. They made a stainless tube mod that was really sexy that I wanted too. 22mm attys are getting hard to come by lately. Dotmod makes a 22 and 24 version of their rta. It would be a shame to hide that pretty tank inside a mod though. I think mini e cig still sells tanks for the microstick. I cant explain the want for it stil after 4 years. I think Chels started out on this forum but I could be mistaken.

As the economy gets worse I'm thinking of selling everything non essential. Vape gear here is scarce and costs a fortune. Thing is, will it sell at the price I paid? I see severely overpriced things that have been on sale for ages...
Still thinking!

Now I am looking through the mini e-cig page again. The Microstick was my first case of untreated shinyitis.

I bought a XvoStick back in 2015 with no regrets although this is different than the Microstick. I have dropped two mods since I started vaping in June of 2013 and it is still going strong — can’t say the same for the other one. Mine is a DNA40 and this works for my vaping style. And yes, Chels use to be on this forum back then.
