I've been killing off the dregs in a few 100ml and 120ml bottles I've had sitting around, dripping in my Dead Wabbits and Drop Dead and comparing the two. Maybe it's my coil placement but overall, I'm finding the Wabbit to be far superior to the Drop Dead flavor-wise. The slightly more restrictive airflow on the Drop Dead isn't doing it any favors, either. Just a random observation and it's no real loss since I bought that atty on a whim, but I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone.

Oh, I suppose I should mention that the quality control was horrendous, too. The first one I received had a misthreaded post and the replacement had a similar issue. I was able to resolve it by forcing the grub screw in, though.

What mech and battery are you using and what's the resistance on the mesh?

.155 on a fresh 30t.

Ok so just took about 5-6 puffs and all I can say is mesh behaves weirdly.

The furyan has some voltage drop but I know that for a regular dual coil like the dead rabbit at .15 the furyan behaves close to a regulated mod at around 80-90.

But this mesh is weird. By steam-engine this .15 should be above 100watts. I’ll say 90 factoring in voltage drop and all that. But I cannot run the profile at 90 Watts regulated. I cannot run it over 65 or I get instant dry hits.

Crazy pills. I thought I would get an instant dry hit on a mech. But that’s not the case.

Really, as long as your resitance isn't jumping around you should be just fine. If it's freaking you out, it's not an enjoyable vape, though. I regularly rock .11-.15 on my tube mods with no issues on a 30T and they have minimal drop. When I put those attys on regulated mods and try to replicate the experience it comes out to over 100W and it's just not as enjoyable for some reason. Not sure what it is or if it's all in my head but I enjoy the vape more on a mech.

I definitely prefer a mech when the ranges are close.

I actually like the profile on a mech. It dries out much slower then 100 watts regulated. Only got 2 hits in before it dried out.

Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I’d never run mesh regulated that high.

Those look pretty cool

Looks like the kind of mod that a guy who drives a mid life crisis motorcycle uses. The kind of guy that wears a "biker" Harley Davidson jacket, often with leather chaps, as he drinks his coffee in the parking lot of a Dunkin' Donuts/Tim Hortons. He also has a cell phone holder hooked to his belt for storing the mod.

Don't know what this style of bike is called but it screams mid life crisis to me:

I can chain vape the prototype Mesh deck on the Steam Crave Glaz easily at 90+W with 325SS Mesh and Rayon. It is an RTA instead of RDA though and the mesh is inverted on the deck, so it hangs down like a sling instead of the typical dome design.

Never liked Mesh RDAs, always not enough juice to keep the wick saturated.

Looks like a dollar store pencil case to me. Also not a fan of the battery/bottle placement. Reminds me of the DIY dual 18650 kits you can get.

Nothing wrong with those DIY Motley Mods rigs for the price. I've used some of their sleds too.

The big thing that bothers me about the VTX is that nasty angle on the bottle tube...

Ya but if it works it works.

Unless they changed the drone the new drone will have a worse tube then that under the 510 connector.

All depends on the bottle you are going to use I suppose.

The 510 on the OG Drone was excellent after the JB-Weld got put to it, quite the leaky SoB before that. I can see LV making a mess of the new Drone, they probably kept the same fragile button frame too.
