I like him because he keeps it short and has good closeups. Also his wicking tips generally work well.

I like Morten – he seems like a guy I’d have a pint or 10 with at the pub. Don’t believe he is correct with his theories, but at least he is doing something different than the usual blowing of fat clouds on video.
I have some SS Clapton that is built around a .8mm x.2mm flat wire core. Stripped the wrap and built a couple of coils out of the flat wire. Don’t know if I preferred it over the Clapton, was a PIA to remove the wrap.

I have the 8x3 and it is good. Haven't used any others yet. Maybe the .1 thicker helps?
I like it because if the width (fused Clapton like) next to no ramp up time and easy to clean. Smooth so no little crevices for crud to get stuck in. I just changed a 3 month old dual flatware just to change it.
I didn’t do a side by side comparison but subjectively I couldn’t tell a difference between the flat wire and the Clapton it came out of. I’d be interested in giving other sizes a shot, just not that high on my priority list at the moment. What type of metal you using? Found the SS flat wire to be a bit of a PIA – tad springy even after the heat treatment.
Never had one. Never had a dripper actually except for an old Igo-l I picked up years ago and only used a couple of times. I always liked the look of the RH though and thought about getting one. Hard to resist at that price. Do you know if you can use them with a single coil? And how low can you go power wise?

I found a Scandinavian vendor on ebay that sells Sandvik sourced kanthal (no China alloys) and I fell in love with the 1.5mm x 0.2mm. Also bought some SS 0.8mm x 0.2mm from Advanced Vape Supply. Where did you get yours and what material is it? Here's the kanthal:0.8mmx0.3mm flat wire is awesome, in the process of converting all atties over to it.
I have several royal hunters. You can get some for about a buck. I don’t really care for the original one but I love the royal hunter x. It’s a dual coil dL with lots of air. I’ve used it with a single coil as well with same great flavor

A bit off subject but I went on a shopping spree recently and picked up an Armour Pro for a good price. The only problem.......took it out of the box and it doesn't work. Does anyone here know about any fixes? I put fresh batteries in it and nothing! A blank screen. Believe me, I tried click starting it several times. Made sure I didn't put the batt in wrong, etc. I'm so sad and messed up about this.

Not a fix but you could try to connect it to a PC and see if it registers. Maybe it'll even show something on the screen. If nothing happens and it doesn't register chances are it's dead.took it out of the box and it doesn't work
If it registers fine then maybe the buttons have crapped the bed right off the assembly line.
No idea on power, couldn’t find any info... and def yes on single coil.
