Loving that myself. Oh sorry, I haven't been around these parts for, I dunno, seems like forever. I found a Scandinavian vendor on ebay that sells Sandvik sourced kanthal (no China alloys) and I fell in love with the 1.5mm x 0.2mm. Also bought some SS 0.8mm x 0.2mm from Advanced vape Supply. Where did you get yours and what material is it? Here's the kanthal:

Hey @muth long time no see.

I really like the look of that 1.5mm wire and is that an OG Merlin? I haven't seen one of those is quite a while, gave mine away long ago due to the constant seeping from the press fit base. It was a great tank but always had a puddle under it. :(

The 0.8mm x 0.3mm wire I have all came from Zivipf.de. I grabbed a spool of KA1, N80 and SS316L, they are an awesome vendor with top quality wire and fast/inexpensive shipping. I did notice 1.0mm x 0.2mm there as well and should have grabbed a spool or two of that, next time for sure.

I'm running the N80 on mechanical devices, the SS316L on dna's and the Kanthal on non DNA mods.

Royal Hunter is a great but very dated RDA.
Drill a hole through the center post at the T, use the BF pin from a Velocity Mini and you have an instant RSA. :D

So the SL is in rotation and so far I'm liking it. The hand feel and weight still feels alien but comfortable in hand though I'm afraid I'll drop it. The battery threads are actually pretty smooth until the last couple of turns and then not bad at all. Happy with the skin as well, it's not bright and shiny. Looks like brushed bronze metal, more handsome than pretty which I like. No comment on the joystick.

I have a Topside and am very happy with it. All works just fine. The top fill cap is a joy to use, a 21700 great for battery life, and the bottle is comfy to squonk.. Drawbacks are it's a bit on the heavy side but feels good in the hand, and the bottle itself is proprietary, so stocking up is a good idea. Also if you want to clean the bottle really well you have to disassemble the whole bottle sled to get it out. Rumor mill is there may be a dual battery version coming up for release, but again, only a rumor.

And good morning Shiners! Happy Friday! (it is Friday, right?)
My “wish” list is probably impossible. I want dual battery, but small enough for my hands. Outside of Sickbxy’s million $$$$ one and the recurve, I haven’t seen one that even looked close

Yes it is, every juice I've run through it from tart fruits to sweeter cheesecakes has been a treat. Loving this rta. Had one minor flood from over filling but was able to vape it off. The fill port works well but you do have to go slow with thick vg juices. My only con would be the fill port is a bit crowded/small. Purely subjective I wish they had gone with an extension and taller glass for added capacity. I wish they would all do that.

Happy Friday everyone,

It has stopped raining in Cumbria, and the storm that managed to blow the old TV aerial off the roof has now passed. It did me a favour in all honesty, as we only receive satellite transmissions .......

It is carrot and coriander soup and beef bourguignon for supper tomorrow. Can't decide whether to marinade the beef and veg in the wine overnight or not. Got to make a decision soon, otherwise it's a bit pointless as marinades take forever to penetrate any depth into meat.

Had a lazy evening last night chilling out in front of the TV and sampling from the growing collection of DIY concoctions with the Hadaly clone. The usual DIY juice rules apply, the ones you think will be really superb are rubbish and the ones you don't have much faith in, end up tasting surprisingly good. And some, of course, are just middling. Decided I'm quite fond of TFA's Strawberry Ripe in very small doses, but that makes sense as they have gone and changed the recipe now.

Will have to perform some detective work though, one of the 10ml samples is really extremely good. Only problem is the label came off the bottle, and may have got mixed up with another one that suffered the same fate. They are both tobacco variants, so unless I can identify a specific ingredient I'll have to redo a batch of both. Ejuice and label machine adhesive don't mix.

Have a great evening everyone.

Looks like I wont be able to place anymore online orders.
Every place I used to order from have figured out its illegal to ship to utah. Stupid government.
Hey Gwink, Chinese vendors couldn't care less about Norman laws. I've been using Fastech for the past year without a problem, just takes awhile.

Envelope/file folder labels. Mark then top with scotch tape. I used that in the lab for years, holds up to chemical solutions and diy juice equally well.

The stripes are all three going to be lovely cats. The black has some white that doesn't show up in the pictures. The white hairs in its ears are so pretty. The chocolate calico is so marbled, seems like her patterns look different almost daily.

For the actual glass mix bottles I've found blue painters tape and a Sharpie work well. It's easy to remove to wash the bottle out well for a new mix and no adhesive left on the glass.

My postman has indeed “quit”, aka stopped showing up for work ... went to the PO to collect my nic, vmate and ammit mtl rta. Got it built, pretty airy for mtl,but perfect for me. Wide open it’s about the same as the ammit 25 almost closed.

There are advantages to being your own postman. You'll never put your packages in the wrong mailbox.

See? I have been working on having a positive attitude instead of ruminating on all the screw ups. Speaking of which, my duplicate Recurve due yesterday is still wandering from one local post office to another all across the city. If I could only predict its next leg I'd try to head it off

But back to positive thinking.
