I can confirm the $13 a pack thing. I'll assume a typo or an alternative fact.
The only problem I have with the Oumier is the need to get an put on custom wraps on the batteries. The large gaps would make me batty of I saw a green wrapper through them on a black mod.

I need help lol. I won a new kit from joyetech. They shipped it, it's being held by fda/ups. They are requesting manufacturer name address, email and phone number. They would also like my ssn. the fda people actually called me saying that even though the value is low it is formal import and im considered the importer. I asked if i don't give them my ssn what happens. They said after two days i will be charged 20.00 per day plus. 04 cents per pound per day. The only way to get out of that is to see if joytech will cover return shipping. What do i do?

He/She should get the name of the FDA person that contacted him/her. Then buy some ijoy stuff and get it mailed without a declaration to the FDA agent and not inform the FDA agent of it. After a year of accumulating $20 per day without knowing, maybe they'll realize how stupid that is.
If he/she is being considered an importer, they should just need to fill out the import declaration and pay duty. The rest is non sense.

I don't think there's a problem with buying. The post specifically mentions that the person won a kit.
I can guarantee you this is what happened: iJoy mailed the prize to the person. They didn't include the standard shipment declaration because it's not a purchase.
One of these things:
They probably opened up the box and saw a bunch of electronics from iJoy and assumed it's someone importing this for sale.
Because there is no declaration, they don't know how to assess it for duty and clear it. Even when we get gifts or what not from overseas, the value and contents still need to be declared so they can complete the assessment.
I'm sure small parcels and letters get by. But i'm assuming this prize box is a decent size, of a decent weight, and has iJoy stamped all over it.

I woke up to an email from Fasttech today. The items (4 bottles) that I ordered at the END OF OCT displayed "in stock". I guess in stock doesn't always mean in stock?

It goes on to say that I can cancel for a refund or wait. It's also held up the rest of my supposed in stock items. So it took 5 weeks to contact me and why display it as in stock? I'm not impressed with Fasttech

Take the refund. FT is a huge company and this happens from time to time. I just direct them to ship what's in stock and refund the rest.
