What is the problem with an RTA on a hybrid?
The Kayfun 3.1 had a hybrid adapter and the Aqua V2 could be used on a Hybrid.
Just something I read a while back. Like I said I don't understand much about mech safety.

I think some of the confusion might be related to stories of battery failure from running sub ohm tanks on hybrids a few years back. Not only are most of the positive pins on those tanks close to flush with the negative, the resistance of the coil heads can fluctuate greatly over the course of its use. They can also fail completely due to poor quality and manufacturing processes.

When you wrap your own coils or purchase quality prebuilt coils and use the proper device, you all but eliminate these issues. Several of the members here who are strong hybrid safety advocates had their adverse experiences due to running sub tanks.

Those of you who have missed it, the best of 2018 voting is going on.
Guidetovaping .com

I tend to look at the results for mods and atomizers for recommendations. For newer vapers or someone looking for something I'm not real familiar with.

Enough of us cast legit votes it can be helpful.

As long as the positive pin is protruding and insulated and you build the deck on a regulated mod or build platform with a meter, it's no different than running an RDA on a hybrid.

The King!

Glad to hear. Planning on using my Juggerknot Mini on my Purge Truck (Clone) once it arrives.

My first tube, so i'm using it to see if it's something i'd be into.

Going to be honest though, haven't even checked if the Juggerknot Mini protrudes enough. Plan was to get a Gear RTA but FT had them shipping out in 7 days and no one ain't got time for that. If it don't (the JK Mini), i'm pretty sure one of my RDAs will do.

Honestly I think i've become a bit more brazen. After watching Mooch talk about how he comes up with his suggestions, and explain how and why things work, i'm not really worried. I'm always cautious, but there's things perpetuated here as golden rules (like no tanks on a mech) which don't mean anything unless you understand why and how.

Some of our urns. They come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and materials.

I would like to reserve the top right for myself. Also, the bottom right one next to the plant does NOT work for me. It looks like your unfun grandma's urn, the one who collects (insert whatever like useless figurines) and yells at you when you breathe too near them.

Is a down payment required? Because I'm really serious about the bottom urn.

If you're going with a clone to try out mech tubes, that's a pretty good choice. The pin and button housing on the Truck clones I've seen are close to identical to the Purge pin and housing. Probably the only differences are in the quality of the brass and the thickness of the coating on the colored ones.

I am partial to the slivery one on the top right. I bet it's like, one of the more expensive ones.:)

Actually no, mid range pricing. If you're serious I can give you the product # but not the price. We are a wholesale company but any funeral director can order it for you. We also have a biodegradable line if that's your preference.

Yeah, when I looked into it it seemed like they used brass instead of copper for some components, and the switch was different.

There's a purge slam piece available locally for $275 CAD (~$200 USD). Considering that if this experiment ends up turning well.

My death plan is for a living urn at this point. I feel like my purpose is to become a tree.

I'm kind of kidding. I don't really want to be cremated, I just want the husband to bury me out back, next to the dog, NO box needed. LOL.

I get it's illegal but yeah I don't see who it is going to hurt. I mean, I get during plague times and all sanitation issues..... But, I'm just one little person. And, since we will be breaking all kinds of laws at that point, I hope we're old enough that social security checks are coming... and that the husband just keeps the checks coming, and tells no one at all.

Mainly because I'm feeling a bit miffed about the FDA.

But yeah, my plan is like, die in bed (however) and like the get dumped in the ground somewhere.

It's either that or a Viking boat. Etc. Hard to do in the desert though at lest inconspicuously.

Some of the buttons are different but the housing and pins are really close. I suppose it would depend on the clone but the Truck clones I've seen are almost indistinguishable.

In other news...
