I'd be interested to know which cheap, reliable backups you're getting. I was thinking of getting a passel of Picos as backups, but I'm open-minded (and suggestible and somewhat fickle).

Was interested to discover that the new Zenith tank I filled yesterday behaved horrible on the JAC Vapour but does well on the SX Mini. I don't understand why--the tank/coil must be okay since they're performing well on the Mini, and the tank that was on the Mini is now happy on the JAC, so the mod is okay (thank heaven, since it's less than a month old). Just a Christmas fluke, I suppose.

    How was it misbehaving?

    As for backups ;)

    Here's some pocket friendly options:
Pico 25 80watts - if you see them cheap somewhere. This model will fit attys up to and including 25mm

Wismec sinuous p80 - good around mod, almost tube like in shape. No limit in atty size unless you don't like overhang.

There is a good JAC series b thread, go to it and ask if anyone else has the same issue.

I use a Pico as a base to rebuild my VapeShell, keep the 510 adaptor on it all the time. Handy little mod.

Hard draw and gurgling. I thought there was something kerflooey with the tank--it was new, as I said--or that the coil was bad but decided to see what happened on the Mini. Glad I did

And, what do you know? I bought a second Pico 25 and a Sinuous P80 just the other day.

I may. It's working fine now, as I said, but it is a little worrying that it may be acting up already.

I have one regular Pico, too. I've only used it for dripping so far, but the Zenith D22s I ordered earlier today are destined to sit atop it. My plan for the coming year is to keep an eye out for cheap Picos and Pico 25s and fill a drawer with them.

My only complaint about the 25 so far is that I have to orient the Zenith carefully when I'm screwing it on or the battery cap makes it impossible to see where the airflow is set.

I didn't throw it out, and have considered bringing it back online more than once, but not yet. In fact, my main at home vape is the svd 2.0 you recommended months ago. I like it so much that I have been scouring the internet for one in silver - and finally hit paydirt.

If I remember, you have a whole line up of . Why bring back the t-22?
I put the T tanks on the SVD 2.0 and Provaris. They work well with the Provaris.
I end up using the SVD just as much. It’s hard to put that one down. Lol

When I first found this group, I was new to vaping and knew I had shinyitis. 14 mods later a mix of salt devices, big box mods, starters and tubes. Couldn’t tell you honestly how many tanks I own but what I can tell you is that Shinyitis, when left untreated turns chronic and requires more frequent purchases of shiny new things and my wife has said it may turn terminal as well considering I never miss a Christmas or Birthday to show my close family and friends the new vape(s)/accessories I’d like to get ;) when asked! I’m hoping I’m not alone in this! Anyone found anything new that is a decent vape 100W max? Recently I’ve been into tube mods(regulated). I skipped owning a Smok tube mod(learned my lesson on that one). Bought a VooPoo Caliber for Christmas and I love it, problem is wife loves it as well and uses it almost more than I do(I’m stepping down from 35mg salt to 6mg). I am currently looking to get another tube/pen mod But something different for us to try, as I have now cured my shinyitis over the voopoo caliber and am not interested in the vaporesso cascade one or one plus. Almost clicked submit order last night

Happy Boxing day all who celebrate it. For everyone else I guess have a happy day clearing up all the empty boxes that once held vape gear you opened yesterday.

Or happy turkey hangover day. :D

Hope everyone is finding boxing day deals!

Always liked the Nunchaku – smart looking device if you’re into that regulated tube mod look. There is also an updated version to the Ehpro – the Ehpro 101 Pro. 25mm and up to 75 watts. I refer to it as the poor mans Dicodes Dani 25

The Ehpro 101 Pro is a tube mod that utilizes 18650, 20/21700 batteries.
