My ex step mother in law (gotta love extended families) fell off a camel while on vacation abroad. They told her she was fine. She ended up flying back early because of the pain. On arrival back in the US she had two rib fractures. Not a terrific thing to have on a 12 hour plane flight given the condition of her lung was unknown and pressure changes might not be the bestest of ideas. So yes, injuries can be misleading.
Geez, well that sucks Eskie. Hope she's OK now. (I'll pm you tomorrow, could do with a catch up, me old ex womper buddy, man, that sounds messed up )

PM me. Time for some catch up. And it did suck. She survived despite all that. (we had complicated family relationships back then)

Kind of sad today.

After joining the USModz FB group I found out he stopped making 2X700 mods. Then today he kind of went off the rails and posted he's not doing custom mods anymore, and not doing many hybrid mods - if he does any at all they'll be on waffles. Otherwise all purchases need to be done on the site and nothing custom being made anymore, save a few doors if time permits.

Looks like my new and most favourite regulated mod is doomed to live out its life alone.

I really wanted to get a stab one like this:

You can still buy the 250c on his site and have doors made for it.

true but some people are more stubborn. Why deal with the expense of xrays or mri's before you know you need them.. ?

it often seems unnecessary to me. This last time I injured my knee I spoke to the doctor about it and due to the pain and swelling as well as previous injury instead of the MRI and specialist my doctor let me try a leg brace and 6 weeks non weight bearing...

turns out that was perfect. No MRI needed.

Doesn't always turn out that way, like a year ago when I was having severe hip pain.. that turned out to be something else entirely that we wouldn't have even thought of at the time which was causing the pain... I did do xrays then, but of course they didn't show problems with my hip.. it wasn't until later problems were fixed did the hip pain go away..

So, it never hurts to give it a couple days before spending the money... you just never know.

I’m feeling a bit more organized, and a bit dismayed at the amount of gear I still have after PIFing a bunch. Boxed up 30 mods I’m not using, emergency duplicate backups, and all but one mech. Second box is the boxes with parts for mods in rotation. Cleaned the tanks I’m not using to go back in their boxes. Tomorrow will be tank and parts storage. This should buy me a ton of space to better organize my diy supplies. Lord help the person who finds it all when I’m dead and gone. It looks like a tiny hoarding situation
Sold most of my stuff, replaced with more modern things and kept a 10 grand total of mods and about 12 toppers. Pretty penny I spent on Christmas gifts!

One of the great things about Argentina are HMOs. I have doctor calls, rays, and general non specialized studies for free (or the cost of the monthly payment). So it's very usual to have a full workout at the slightest suspicion.
America needs an HMO law like we have!

Hey all, got some vape mail today woop. I picked up a stainless Cosmonaut to go with my US 1.

Popped in a pair of Ni80 tri-core fused claptons at around .14 ohms.

I think it looks pretty nice on there. The juice is some legendary Lucky Charms.

I've wanted a CSMNT for so long but I don't dual coil very often. Should I wait for the Kali masterkit or get a used CSMNT?

Reason I haven't jumped on a CSMNT so far is because finding the squonk pin hasn't been... easy.

Yeah, they are hard to find these days. I see them pop up on Ebay every once in a while. That's where I got mine. The CSMNT is hands down the best flavor I've ever experienced from a dual coil atty, though. The cap design is genius and it rarely gets hot. You should definitely get one if you're still thinking about it. Get that and a master kit.

I'll have to try to get a used one from a buy/sell/trade group and maybe order a clone and hope the squonk pin fits.

The originally reason why I wanted one so bad was because District 5 had all the barrels in stock. Extra doors/barrels/tips/rings/etc really get me. I love that stuff.

I need to order some B2K trinity glass caps too.

I wish I could just order it all from one place to save on the import fees.

The only “old” stuff I kept were my provaris and my sx mini m. The rest is all under two years from purchase. (The exception would be some tanks that I love). I had mods, tanks and cartos and unused ego chargers some dating back to at least 2009. Oddly, they all found loving homes. I was happy to pass them on to clear out space to someone who actually wanted to use them. Still wondering about the sanity of the person who took the vivi nova and boxes of octopus coils. That was an finicky, leaky mess of a tank to me.

One thing to consider about the Kali is the airflow. It's massive and if you're used to little single coil RDAs, it's going to be a huge difference. I was planning to pick up a red shawty cap for the CSMNT and match it with an anodized Dreamer at some point but the color selection is pretty slim at District F5ve. I think Select Vape had a few last time I checked.

Dripping Atomizer (RDA) Archives - Select Vape

Some colors there if you just buy the whole atty.

CSMNT RDA RED BY DISTRICT 5 - Select Vape

Hmmm, on sale. Might need this one.

Wow, they still sell the OG Dead Rabbit. That was my least favorite rda until I watched a video on how to fix the airflow, now it's always in the rotation.

I still use my DR24. I never liked the top down AF and swapped out for the Challenge Caps almost immediately. It was great for big clouds. I didn't use it much after I moved away from cloud chasing. I picked up a Trinity glass cap for it and now it's back into heavy rotation. It has great flavor with the glass cap. Looks sweet too.
