Oh yeah. I was mixed up thinking of the Thor’s gold colored plating stuff. Hmmmmm. I’m glad u mentioned that. I’m going to have to think about some more. Good pickup. I was just focusing on the purple.
Asmodus does have a couple others. I checked in the site, lots of purple ones to match your new shiny.

Good morning!

I ordered one of these in blue

asMODus Galatek RDA Sqounk Pin | Vapor Range Retail

They have the OFRF Gear for $29.95, got the gunmetal.

And I ordered a Zenith and coils from MFS for my SIL. Not sure if she’ll like it, it’s so big for her. And she gets so hung up on change of any sort. I swear, I’m 55, and the youngest of my generation in my family by a couple years- but they act so OLD compared to me!

am unwilling to hand over to a Dr or drug company when self control and wiser food decision can do the job

I fasted for a week once, yup 7 days then ate mung beans and rice for a month. It didn't cure anything but then again, I don't have Diabetes type 2 which is what I am assuming is going on.

Don't do any crazy fasting without talking to your doc. Really. I understand wanting to make good food choices but there is a lot of junk science about fasting online, there kind of is.

Good luck with it, just be safe.

No more building for me this weekend I have to like, make enough eliquid for the next 60 days at least. Get my Adderall. Do notes (this week was not kind to my concentration.) For now, waking UP. Oy. Due to the tragic nature of how much "time" I get to finish (48 hrs) Adderall will not be happening until this afternoon.

Of course maybe I can focus on mixing then. I do not think I killed anyone although a new doc had me see a kid who SERIOUSLY made an attempt to kill it's sibling.

The doc termed it "a really nice kid."

:facepalm::facepalm:

Took me an hour before I was willing to let him leave. I guess he is a nice kid but you know "It's all fun and games until somebody dies."

am curious as to which one you got.

I now have a (new to me) Kenwood TS-480 radio for my radio room.
my new one isn't that fancy. PL-310et from tecsun. building a new antenna for it but it's a nice wee portable device.

Cut down on carbs/sugar,, aim for cutting out the meds

Huuuh? You think that cutting out carbs and sugar will fix my ADHD and bipolar? I have done no carb sugar diets I have fasted it has had 0 impact on my diagnoses, and also if I do that I will lose weight and like, I can't afford to do that.

My magic 8 ball says try again never. I get you are all gung ho about this, but leave me out of it please. I'm quite thankful for modern medicine. Really.

I do agree. I mean I get that modern humans tend to consume too much sugar and simple carbs. I’m a prime example of those poor dietary choices.

And I do get that better nutrition equals better health and can reduce some symptoms of some health issues.

But unless your disease is directly attributable to your diet, diet is not a cure.

I just got into an argument with someone who thinks meat causes MS. Really? Is there someplace I can donate to help cure all the lions and tigers who, surely being meat eaters, are suffering from MS?

Oh and as long as I’m ranting, that thing that cannot be mentioned does not cure cancer, either. Trust me, if it did, none of us would know many people with cancer.

It didn't work for you-noticed you re-fed on carbs,, I fast often, tends to take 20+ days for cures or several 7-10 cycles , some go 40 days,,, Canadian cancer Dr says he would fast 40 before letting modern medicine tackle cancer -fwiw

I got bone thin,, walked the line of underweight,, had to stop, gain nutritional weight so that I could fast again,, it's a cycle for me.

As for your problems, there is a documentary out there where the patients in a mental hospital where helped with the cycling process when a Dr noticed they were better when foods were restricted. It all happened about 50 years ago,, not in USA,,, Nordic countries tend to embrace it,, Russia even has it as social healthcare

carnivore cycling now :)

If I get cancer,,, dry fasting my .... off 6days at a time,, re-feed 2 days and back to dry fasting.
All diseases need a fuel source same as our bodies
